This document provides assembly instructions for the Hard Head Rose Arch. The original product documentation was available in multiple languages; this version is presented in English.

Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble the Hard Head Rose Arch:

  1. Step 1: Base Assembly

    Connect two 'a' straight tubes to the bottom ends of two 'b' straight tubes. The 'b' tubes should be oriented so the single hole is at the top. These form the base supports.

  2. Step 2: First Arch Section

    Attach two 'c' straight tubes to the top holes of the 'b' tubes. Then, connect two 'd' curved tubes between the ends of these 'c' tubes. Secure all connections with 'f' screws.

  3. Step 3: Middle Arch Sections

    Continue building the arch by attaching more 'c' straight tubes and 'd' curved tubes. Use 'e' straight tubes and 'c' straight tubes alternating with 'd' curved tubes to form the main arch structure. Ensure all parts are aligned correctly before securing with 'f' screws.

  4. Step 4: Completing the Arch

    Add the remaining 'c', 'd', and 'e' tubes to complete the arch shape, connecting them to the base supports and to each other. Use 'f' screws to fasten all joints securely.

  5. Step 5: Final Check

    Ensure all screws are tightened and the structure is stable. The diagram illustrates the placement and connection of each part, with 'f' screws being inserted at multiple points to join the various tubes.
