Warranty
All Sonik reels are covered by a full one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase for the original owner, to cover any defects in materials or workmanship. Please keep your purchase receipt and register your warranty within 30 days of the date of purchase by logging onto our website www.soniksports.com and follow instructions under the heading 'Warranty'. Alternatively, you can register by calling our office and asking for our Customer Service department.
To request a warranty repair on your Sonik reel, please follow details on our website under 'Warranty' or send an email to customerservices@soniksports.com. Alternatively, you can call our office to request a repair or if you require spare parts (including spools and handles).
Maintenance
As with any piece of precision product, your Sonik reel will require regular maintenance and care. Failure to do this can void your warranty. To ensure your reel continues to perform at peak efficiency, it should be cleaned and lubricated on a regular basis, using waterproof grease/oil on the moving parts.
