Cuddeback Moonlight IR Model 1408

Brand: Cuddeback Digital

Series: WHITE Series

Product Overview

The Cuddeback Moonlight IR Model 1408, new for 2017, is designed for optimal night performance in wildlife photography. Instead of focusing solely on megapixels, this camera utilizes a low-light sensor with larger pixels to capture more light. This results in better night images with increased range and reduced motion blur. The Moonlight IR offers IR illumination performance comparable to premium cameras at a significantly lower price point. Given that approximately 75% of deer images are captured at night, this camera is engineered for superior nocturnal imaging.

Responding to the need for simple, effective deer photography, the Cuddeback White cameras, including the Moonlight IR, provide high performance at an accessible price. A 1/2 second trigger speed minimizes blank shots, and 8 MP images ensure good quality. The camera is designed for ease of use, allowing users to spend more time scouting and less time managing equipment.

The 1/2 second trigger speed is fast enough to capture deer that might be missed by slower cameras, and accurate animal detection ensures more successful captures with fewer blanks. The Super-Fast Recovery Speed means the camera is ready for the next picture within 1 second of the first, enabling it to capture multiple photos in quick succession, often two photos before other cameras capture one.

Cuddeback's Super Simple Setup makes deployment straightforward and virtually foolproof, further enhancing the user experience by minimizing time spent on settings. The Cuddeback Moonlight IR delivers high performance and excellent value.

Image Description: The primary image shows the Cuddeback Moonlight IR trail camera, a compact, rugged device in a brown casing. It features a prominent array of 24 high-power IR LEDs at the top for illumination, a camera lens, and various sensors and indicators on the front panel. Branding includes "WHITE Series" and "8MP". Smaller images display the camera open, revealing its internal components, battery compartments, and user interface with a display screen and control buttons.
