Installation
IMPORTANT! Below is the suggested method of installation to a solid wall; if the wall type is different, you will require a different fixing type (fixings not supplied).
[Diagram Description: Shows wall fixings including a wall plug, screw, plastic washer, and nut. The screw goes through the washer and nut, and into the wall plug.]
Please note: Before commencing any installation, check for wires and pipes that will not be damaged during drilling.
Installing basin to the wall
- Offer the basin to the wall, checking that it is level, then drill the wall in the required location.
[Diagram Description: Illustrates drilling a hole into a wall for the basin fixing.]
Please note: If you are drilling into a tile, it is recommended to tape the wall in the area to be drilled to prevent slipping.
- Insert the wall plug into the drilled hole then tap it to the finished wall surface.

- Insert the fixing bar and tighten into the wall using a spanner or grips.
[Diagram Description: Shows a fixing bar being screwed into the wall plug.]
- Hold the basin over the fixing bar then place the washers over the fixing bar as shown in the installation method diagram at the beginning.
Please note: You will require two people for this section of the installation.

Pedestal Installation
[Diagram Description: A detailed diagram showing the pedestal being positioned against the wall and marked for fixing. It also shows measuring the pedestal's thickness to determine the bracket position.]
Place the pedestal against the wall in the required position ensuring this position will meet the basin.
Mark the outer edge of the pedestal.
Lift the pedestal away and measure the thickness of the pedestal, mark this dimension in from the previous mark. This will give the position for the fixing bracket.
Securing the Pedestal Brackets
[Diagram Description: Shows placing brackets onto marks, drilling screw positions, and securing brackets to the wall.]
Place the brackets onto the marks and through the hole mark the screw position.
Depending on your wall type you will need:
- If fitting to a solid wall: Drill holes and insert plugs (Check for pipes). Secure brackets using screw and washer provided.
- If fitting to a plasterboard wall: Suitable fitting will be required. Screw the brackets to the wall using a suitable fitting (not supplied).
Once the brackets are secured, place the pedestal over the brackets.
Align holes in the side walls of the pedestal with the holes in the fixing bracket.
Fit the screw cups into the holes on the pedestal.
Fit the screw through the cup and into the brackets and tighten the screw.
Finally, fit the screw cover.
Please note: Allow all sealant to dry for at least 24 hours before use.
