Troubleshooting
- Cannot find the device 'KS05-XXXXXX' in the Keepsmile app:
- Check if the lamp is powered on; try disconnecting and re-powering.
- Check if Bluetooth on the smartphone is enabled, or try connecting with another smartphone.
- Ensure the app is the latest version.
- When connecting for the first time, ensure the smartphone is near the lamp.
- If the device is still not found, go to "Forgotten Device" in the app's "My Device" section, find the device 'KS05-XXXXXX', click "Unlock", and then re-connect.
- The remote control does not work:
- Check if the remote control battery has power.
- Reset the remote control, then re-pair it. To reset: continuously turn the lamp on/off 6 times. When the lamp bulb flashes rapidly, all remote pairing procedures on the lamp will be cleared. To re-pair: Power on the floor lamp, long press the RGB on/off button on the remote for 2 seconds. The remote indicator light flashes when entering the pair procedure. Within 10-30 seconds, the lamp pairs with the remote after detecting the signal. The indicator light on the remote flashes when paired successfully.
- Why the app needs permissions for location, Bluetooth, microphone, storage, camera, etc.:
- Location permissions: Android system requires location to scan for Bluetooth devices and connect. This is an Android system requirement, not specific to the Keepsmile app. iOS does not require location permissions.
- Bluetooth permissions: Allow Bluetooth to connect to use the app.
- Recording, storage, and camera permissions: These are optional and can be closed. They are only required for specific functions:
- Storage: Needed for the music mode to read music files from the mobile phone.
- Microphone: Needed for the mic mode to capture surrounding sound.
- Camera: Used for uploading profile pictures.
- Keepsmile does not record or save any buyer's location or other information. All permissions can be set to "allow only while app in use".

Installation
Step 1:
- Check if all parts are complete. Place them neatly to avoid wire twisting.
- Connect the power adapter to test if the floor lamp works normally.

Connect the wires on the pole with the power adapter. Plug in to check if they can work normally.
Step 2:
Assemble the Floor Lamp in the order shown in the illustration:
- Connect the Base with the Iron pole by spinning clockwise.
- Connect all Iron poles and the Lamp Head in order by spinning clockwise.
- Connect the Power Cable and Power Adapter.
