Icon Display for Quick Decisions
Like the fixed-life Honeywell BW™ Icon, the Honeywell BW™ Icon+ is named after its industry-first display featuring simple symbols for gas levels and device status. This eliminates the need for workers to interpret live gas readings and reduces the requirement for time-consuming training. During a gas alarm, the bell icon illuminates on the display, accompanied by an indicator next to the alarm sensor, enabling workers to quickly evacuate the area.
Intelligent Sensors for Predictive Maintenance
The Honeywell BW™ Icon+ is equipped with intelligent i-Series sensors that provide answers to critical questions, such as remaining lifespan of the H2S sensor based on age and gas exposure, or when the O2 sensor requires calibration. This allows for proactive measures to prevent unexpected downtime.
Reporting and Analysis from Your Smartphone
For detailed gas concentration data or other information not visible on the symbol-based display, users can download the Honeywell Safety Suite Device Configurator app. By pairing a smartphone with the detector via Bluetooth®, users can access and view data, all organized within a comprehensive report ready for sharing.

Important Note
The infrared UEG sensor used in the Honeywell BW™ Icon+ cannot detect hydrogen and acetylene. For applications where these flammable gases are used, consider a catalytic bead UEG sensor, such as those found in the Honeywell BW™ MicroClip series.
