Safety Warnings
This bed is designed for use only with mattresses meeting the following specifications on the upper bunk and lower bunk:
Upper Bed Specifications:
- Bed Type: Twin Standard

- Follow the information on the warnings appearing on the upper bunk bed end structure and on the carton. Do not remove warning labels from the bed.
- Always use the recommended size mattresses or mattress supports, or both, to help prevent the likelihood of entrapment or falls.
- Surface of mattress must be at least 5" (127mm) below the upper edge of guardrails.
- Do not allow children under 6 years of age to use the upper bunk.
- Periodically check and ensure that the guardrail, ladder, and other components are in their proper position, free from damage, and that all connectors are tight.
- Do not allow horseplay on or under the bed and prohibit jumping on the bed.
- Always use the ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.
- Do not use substitute parts. Contact the manufacturer or dealer for replacement parts.
- Use of a night light may provide added safety precaution for a child using the upper bunk.
- Always use guardrails on both long sides of the upper bunk. If the bunk bed will be placed next to the wall, the guardrail that runs the full length of the bed should be placed against the wall to prevent entrapment between the bed and wall.
- The use of water or sleep flotation mattresses is prohibited.
- STRANGULATION HAZARD - Never attach or hang items to any part of the bunk bed that are not designed for use with the bed; for example, but not limited to, hooks, belts, and jump ropes.
- Keep these instructions for future reference.
- Prohibit more than one person on the upper bunk.
- We recommend assembling your bunk bed on the shipping carton to protect your floor or carpet.
- Be certain all staples are out of the box before beginning assembly on the shipping carton.

Assembly Steps
STEP 1-1: Connect B2 Woodbar with B1 Frame
Using hardware #1 (2 pcs) and hardware #2 (2 pcs), connect Woodbar B2 to Frame B1.
STEP 1-2: Connect Legs A1, A2 to Frame
Using hardware #4 (4 pcs), hardware #26 (2 pcs), and Dowel #2 (2 pcs), connect Legs A1 and A2 to the Frame assembly from step 1-1.
STEP 2-1: Connect A3, A4 Legs with B6 Frame
Using hardware #4 (4 pcs) and Dowel #5 (8 pcs), connect Legs A3 and A4 to Frame B6.
STEP 2-2: Connect B7 with Frame
Using hardware #6 (4 pcs), connect B7 to the Frame assembly from step 2-1.
STEP 3: Assemble Frames with Side Rails and Guardrails
Using hardware #7 (16 pcs), hardware #8 (16 pcs), and Dowel #5 (12 pcs), assemble the frames. Attach side rails C2, C4 and guardrails C1 (2 pcs), C3 (2 pcs) to the frame assembly from steps 1-2 and 2-2.
STEP 4: Attach Slats and Woodbar
Screw 14 slats D1 to side rails C2 and C4 using hardware #6 (28 pcs). Connect woodbar C5 to the frame using hardware #9 (3 pcs).
STEP 5-1: Connect A5, A6 Legs with B4 Frame
Using hardware #4 (4 pcs) and Dowel #5 (8 pcs), connect Legs A5 and A6 to Frame B4.
STEP 5-2: Connect B3 with Frame
Using hardware #6 (5 pcs), connect B3 to the Frame assembly from step 5-1.
STEP 6-1: Connect A7, A8 Legs with B5 Frame
Using hardware #4 (4 pcs) and Dowel #5 (8 pcs), connect Legs A7 and A8 to Frame B5.
STEP 6-2: Connect B3 with Frame
Using hardware #6 (5 pcs), connect B3 to the Frame assembly from step 6-1.
STEP 7: Assemble Frames with Side Rails
Using hardware #7 (8 pcs), hardware #8 (8 pcs), and Dowel #5 (4 pcs), assemble the frames. Attach side rails C6 (2 pcs) to the frame assembly from steps 5-2 and 6-2.
STEP 8-1: Assemble Slats D3 with Center Leg D4
Using hardware #10 (2 pcs), attach Slats D3 to Center Leg D4.
STEP 8-2: Attach Slats D2, D3 and Stop Drawers
Screw 12 slats D2 and 2 slats D3 (completed on step 8-1) to side rail C6 using hardware #6 (32 pcs). Screw 2 stop drawers onto the side rail using hardware #3 (2 pcs).
STEP 9: Align Stack Upper Bunk Bed
Align the upper bunk bed (completed on step 4) onto the lower bunk bed (completed on step 8-2) using Wood dowel #11 (4 pcs).
STEP 10-1: Connect A9, A10 Legs with B8 Frame and B9 Wood Bar
Using hardware #4 (4 pcs) and Dowel #5 (10 pcs), connect Legs A9, A10 to Frame B8 and Wood Bar B9.
STEP 10-2: Connect B7 with Frame
Using hardware #6 (4 pcs), connect B7 to the Frame assembly from step 10-1.
STEP 11: Connect Rail C5 with Side Rail C11 and Guardrails C10
Using hardware #9 (3 pcs), connect Rail C5 with side rail C11 and Guardrails C10 (2 pcs).
STEP 12: Connect Components
12.1: Using hardware #9 (3 pcs), connect Rail C5 with side rail C9 and Guardrails C8 (2 pcs). 12.2: Using hardware #1 (1 pc), #7 (2 pcs), #8 (2 pcs), #10 (1 pc), and Dowel #5 (1 pc), connect Rail C7 with the Frame assembly (completed on step 12.1).
STEP 12 (Continued): Assemble Frames
Using hardware #1 (1 pc), #7 (2 pcs), #8 (2 pcs), #10 (1 pc), #12 (4 pcs), #13 (4 pcs), and Dowel #5 (1 pc), assemble the frames. This step connects components from steps 9, 10-2, 11, and 12.1.
STEP 13: Attach Slats D1 to Side Rails C9, C11
Screw 14 slats D1 to Side Rails C9 and C11 using hardware #6 (28 pcs).
STEP 14-1: Assemble Ladder
Using hardware #14 (8 pcs) and Dowel #5 (16 pcs), assemble the ladder using parts E1, E2, E3.
STEP 14-2: Connect Steel Bracket to Frame
Using hardware #15 (4 pcs), connect Steel Bracket #16 (2 pcs) to the Frame assembly (completed on step 14-1).
STEP 15: Connect Ladder to Frame
Using hardware #15 (2 pcs), connect the Ladder (completed on step 14-2) to the Frame assembly (completed on step 13).
STEP 16-1: Connect F1, M Wood Bars with F3, F4
Using hardware #17 (3 pcs), connect F1, M Wood Bars with F3 (2 pcs) and F4.
STEP 16-2: Align Stair Details
Align the stair details (F6, F7, F8, F9, F10, F11, F12, F13, F14, F15) to their correct positions.
STEP 16-3: Assemble Stair Components
Using hardware #17 (6 pcs) and hardware #4 (1 pc), attach F2, F4 to the stair structure. Using hardware #15 (2 pcs), attach F1.
STEP 16-4: Complete Stair Assembly
Continue assembling the stair structure using hardware #17 (17 pcs) and hardware #4 (1 pc) for the main frame, and hardware #15 (2 pcs) for attachment.
STEP 17-1: Assemble Stair Panels
Using hardware #17 (2 pcs), attach stair panels and wood bars (F12, G3, G4, G5, G6, G7, G8, G9, G10, G11) to the main stair structure.
STEP 17-2: Complete Stair Assembly
Using hardware #17 (5 pcs), complete the stair assembly.
STEP 18: Connect Frames with Back Wood Bars and Panels
Using hardware #13 (4 pcs) and #14 (4 pcs), connect the frames (completed on steps 16-4, 17-2) with Back Wood Bars H1 (3 pcs) and H2 Panels.
STEP 19: Assemble Door Catches and Hinges
Using hardware #18 (12 pcs), assemble Door Catches with K1, K2 (2 pcs) panels. Using hardware #19 (18 pcs), assemble hinges with H4 (1 pc), H5 (2 pcs) panels.
STEP 20: Assemble Frames with K3 Panel
Using hardware #10 (4 pcs), assemble frames (completed on step 18) with K3 panel.
STEP 21: Assemble Frames with K2(x2), K1 Panels
Using hardware #10 (12 pcs), assemble frames (completed on step 20) with K2 (2 pcs) and K1 panels.
STEP 22: Assemble Frames with K4, K5, K6 Panels
Using hardware #15 (10 pcs) and #18 (4 pcs), assemble frames (completed on step 21) with K4, K5, K6 panels.
STEP 23: Assemble Frames with H2, H3 Panels
Using hardware #18 (13 pcs), assemble frames (completed on step 22) with H2, H3 panels.
STEP 24: Final Frame Assembly
Using hardware #3 (3 pcs), assemble frames (completed on step 23) with the Frame assembly (completed on step 15).
STEP 25-1: Assemble Drawer
Using hardware #19 (3 pcs) and #24 (3 pcs), attach drawer front panel N1 to drawer side panels.
STEP 25-2: Assemble Drawer
Using hardware #6 (8 pcs), attach drawer side panels N2, N3 to drawer front panel N1 and drawer center panels N4, N5.
STEP 25-3: Assemble Drawer
Using hardware #6 (11 pcs), attach drawer bottom panels N6 and drawer back panel N8 to the drawer structure.
STEP 25-4: Assemble Drawer
Using hardware #19 (12 pcs) and #25 (4 pcs), attach wheels and drawer slides to the assembled drawer.
STEP 24 (Final Step): Push Drawer into Bed
Congratulations! You have completed the bed. Just one more step: push the drawer into its place.
