Installation Notes
Please ensure the unit is not plugged in and the knob is turned to "OFF" before assembling the machine.
- Position the squeezing bowl on the power base, aligning the spouts and the axle.
- Push the squeezing auger firmly into the center of the bowl, ensuring it touches the bottom. Otherwise, the cover cannot be closed.
- Position the feeding cup on the bowl. Align the ▲ symbol on the feeding cup with the ? symbol on the bowl. Turn clockwise until it clicks to lock. Ensure the arrow on the cover aligns with the lock graphic on the bowl.
- Place the juice container and the pulp container under the relevant spouts.
Operation Instructions
- Connect the unit to the power supply.
- Verify all parts are correctly assembled.
- Ensure the machine is in the "OFF" position.
- Ensure juice and pulp containers are in place.
- Ensure the juice spout cover is closed.
- Prepare fruits or vegetables by cutting them into pieces no larger than 5cm x 2cm strips or 5cm x 5cm cubes.
- Insert fruit strips/cubes into the chute.
- Rotate the knob to the right to start juicing.
- Push food down using only the pusher.
- If food gets stuck, rotate the knob to the left for the reverse function.
NOTE: Do not use the juicer continuously for longer than 20 minutes.
Open & Close of Juice Spout Cover
During juicing, the drip-stop cover can remain closed until the juicing bowl is full.
- Juicer spout is opened
- Juicer spout is closed
Useful Tips
- If the feeding cup is not locked properly, the juicer will not start.
Benefits of Drip-stop Cover
- To stop dripping at the end of juicing.
- To mix juice from different fruits and vegetables.
Usage Tips
- Remove hard pits or seeds before pressing to prevent damage to the squeezing screw.
- For mixed juices, start with harder fruits and then squeeze softer fruits.
- Let the juicer run for 30 seconds after the last ingredient is fed.
Attention
The juicer is not suitable for very hard, fibrous, or starchy fruits/vegetables like sugar cane. Some fruits with high starch content (e.g., avocado, banana, fig, mango, papaya, dragon fruit, seedless grapes) may clog the stainless steel sieve.
Disassembling Method
NOTE: If the juicer overheats, it will turn off automatically for protection. Turn the juicer off, wait 1 hour for it to cool down, then turn it on again.
To disassemble the unit after use and before cleaning, turn the juicer to "OFF" and disconnect it from the power source. Follow these steps:
- Remove the juice and pulp containers.
- Remove the feeding cup. Turn the chute counter-clockwise until the ▲ symbol aligns with the ? sign.
- Remove the squeezing auger by pulling it upward. If difficult, gently swing and pull.
- Remove the squeezing bowl by lifting it upward vertically.
Cleaning & Maintenance
IMPORTANT: Wash juicing parts immediately after each use to prevent pulp sticking to the juicing bowl and squeezing auger, which can affect disassembly, cleaning, and performance.
- Switch off and unplug the juicer.
- Wash disassembled parts with water. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove pulp from meshes if clogged.
Attention:
- Do not use steel wire brushes, abrasive tools, or sharp objects for cleaning.
- Do not use water above 40°C (104°F).
- Do not put parts in the dishwasher.
3. If residues remain in the pulp spout opening, pull out the silicone valve as shown in Fig 1 and clean under running water. Press the silicone valve to close it properly and tightly after cleaning.
4. To clean the seal ring in the center of the squeezing bowl:
- a. Turn the squeezing bowl upside down. Push the seal ring out with your thumb (Fig 2a) and clean with water.
- b. After cleaning, place it back in the center hole. The small ribbed surface should face upward (Fig 2b). Ensure the seal ring's groove fits well into the squeezing bowl.
- c. The large flat side of the seal ring should be inside, and the small ribbed side outside the squeezing bowl (Fig 2c).
5. Do not immerse the Power Base in water for cleaning. Wipe it with a damp cloth only.
6. After cleaning, dry all parts thoroughly and store them in a dry, cool place.
NOTE: Ensure the unit and parts are dry before storing.
Storage
- Follow cleaning instructions to maintain the unit before storage.
- Tidy up the power cord set.
- Keep the unit out of children's reach.
- Store the unit and accessories in a dry, cool place.
Useful Tips
Item | Warning | Reason |
---|---|---|
1 | Not for ice cubes. | Ice cubes are too hard and may damage the squeezing parts. |
2 | Ingredients with long fibers should be cut into 5-10 cm thin strips or 3 x 3 cm cubes. | Long fiber foods can easily wind up and block the spout. |
3 | Oranges, lemons, grapefruits, and melons should have their peel and hard pits/seeds removed before use. | Hard pits or seeds can damage the pressing parts. The peel may block the pulp spout. |
4 | Do not use other accessories as a pusher. | This could damage the juicer and cause injury. |
5 | Each juicing cycle should not last longer than 20 minutes. | Prolonged use may damage the motor. |
6 | Never insert spoons or chopsticks into the chute opening, or the juice and pulp spouts. | This could damage the juicer. |
If the juicer stops due to continuous operation for more than 20 minutes, turn it off and let it cool for 1 hour before restarting.
Hand Wash & Easy Cleaning
- HANDWASH OPTION: Wash parts thoroughly by immersing them in warm water diluted with one or two drops of baking soda or dishwashing soap for about 30 minutes.
- NOT DISHWASHER SAFE: After using the juicer, do not place attachments in the dishwasher for cleaning, as this can cause damage and prevent the juicer from working.
WARNING: Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid. Do not use a water jet to clean the motor base.

The juice yield is low or juice flows out of the main housing. | The bowl and silicone valve are not installed properly. | Re-install the bowl silicone valve referring to the installation method. |
Abnormal noise | Parts cause extrusion sound during squeezing. | The sound is caused by the extrusion of fruits and vegetables, which is a normal phenomenon. |
The chute & strainer assembly cannot be opened. | Too much pulp inside the bowl. | Rotate "I" to "REV" position to eject pulps backward. |
Hard foods are stuck inside. | Rotate "I" to "REV" position to eject the object backward. | |
