Introduction

The ATUVOS Tag works with Apple Find My to help you keep track of your stuff even further away. This tag is water-resistant, NFC-capable, and has a replaceable battery that lasts up to one year. The compact design makes it easy to attach to your important things such as keys, bags, and suitcases. A simple setup can pair this item tracker with the Find My app on your Apple devices to track down your nearby items by playing a sound. The anonymous and encrypted Find My network also ensures your privacy and safety.

Controls and Status

The tag features a power button and an NFC sensing area. The battery cover is located on the back.

• Power Button:
• Quick Press: Power On
• Long Press for 3 Seconds: Power Off
• Long Press for 10 Seconds: Reset*
• Status (Buzzer):
• Power On: Two Short Beeps
• Power Off: Long Beep
• Reset: Two Long Beeps with a 7-second Interval

*This will restore the tag to factory settings and clear all connection data. You must remove the item from the Find My app and add it back before using it again.

Functions

Long-distance Tracking

If your item is lost outside the 60-metre Bluetooth range, the Find My network, connecting hundreds of millions of Apple devices worldwide, will help track your item. Your privacy is protected at every step.

Left-behind Alerts

If your item is left behind and disconnects from the Bluetooth of your Apple device, the Apple Find My app will instantly send you notifications without additional fees.

Discourage Unwanted Tracking

If someone's tag lands on your items, your Apple device will automatically detect that tag and send you an alert to prevent unwanted tracking. If you still can't find it, the tag will make a sound to let you know.

NFC Sensing

This tag is NFC-enabled. If someone finds your lost item tracker, they can get your contact information by tapping the tag with an NFC-capable device, which will help you find your belongings back.

Pair with Find My App

1. Turn on your iOS device's Bluetooth. Ensure your iOS device is running the latest version.
2. Quick press the tag's power button to turn it on and place it near your iOS device.
3. Open the Find My app, tap "Items", then "Add Item". Select "Other Supported Item" and follow the in-app instructions to complete pairing.
4. For subsequent pairing with other items, tap "+" and then "Add Other Item" to pair.

Battery Replacement

The ATUVOS Tag has a replaceable battery that lasts up to 1 year. If the battery runs down, you can replace it in 3 steps:

1. Use your fingernail or insert a small tool into the gap to open the battery cover.
2. Use a paperclip to remove the battery and replace it with a new one, ensuring the positive terminal faces up.
3. Close the battery cover by aligning the hole.

Warning: Keep the battery out of reach of kids and pets. This tag contains a coin cell battery which can be dangerous if chewed on or swallowed.

Use batteries of the same type (CR2032) for replacement. Otherwise, it might cause damage.

If you must discard the tag, take the battery out first. The old battery needs to be disposed of at a battery recycling container.

1. Fail to add ATUVOS Tag to the Find My app.

1. Make sure the tag is powered on and near the device.
2. Ensure your iOS device is running the latest version and Bluetooth is enabled.
3. Verify that the tag has not been paired with the Find My app on another iOS device.
4. If you follow the previous steps and still fail to add, long press the tag's power button for 10 seconds to reset, and then try again.

2. ATUVOS Tag cannot function well.

1. Check if the battery level is low. If so, replace it with a new one of the same type (CR2032).

ATUVOS Tag fonctionne avec Apple Localiser pour vous aider à localiser vos objets même à distance. Ce tag est résistant à l'eau, compatible NFC et est doté d'une pile remplaçable qui tient jusqu'à un an. Sa conception compacte vous permet de l'attacher facilement à vos objets importants tels que vos clés, vos sacs et vos valises. Une installation simple permet d'associer ce traceur d'objets à l'application Localiser de vos appareils Apple pour retrouver vos objets à proximité en émettant un son. Le réseau anonyme et crypté de Localiser permet également de protéger votre vie privée et votre sécurité.

Le tag est doté d'un bouton marche et d'une zone de détection NFC. Le couvercle de la pile se trouve à l'arrière.

• Pression brève: Mise en marche
• Enfoncement pendant 3 secondes: Mise en arrêt
• Enfoncement pendant 10 secondes: Réinitialisation*
• Buzzer:
• Mise en marche: Deux bips courts
• Mise en arrêt: Long bip
• Réinitialisation: Deux longs bips à intervalle de 7 secondes

*Cette fonction rétablira les paramètres d'usine du tag et effacera toutes les données de connexion. Pour pouvoir l'utiliser à nouveau, vous devrez supprimer le tag de l'application Localiser et l'ajouter à nouveau.

Suivi à distance

Si votre objet est égaré en dehors de la portée Bluetooth de 60 mètres, le réseau Localiser, auquel sont reliés des centaines de millions d'appareils Apple à travers le monde, vous aidera à le retrouver. Et pendant ce temps, votre vie privée est protégée tout au long du processus.

Alertes d'objet laissé de côté

Si votre objet est laissé de côté et se déconnecte du Bluetooth de votre appareil Apple, l'application Apple Localiser vous adressera instantanément des notifications sans aucun frais supplémentaire.

Prévention de traçage indésirable

Lorsque le tag d'une autre personne se pose sur vos objets, votre appareil Apple le détectera automatiquement et vous enverra une alerte pour prévenir tout traçage indésirable. Si vous ne parvenez toujours pas à le trouver, le tag émettra un son pour vous le signaler.

Détection NFC

Ce tag est compatible NFC. Si quelqu'un trouve le traceur de votre objet perdu, il pourra obtenir vos coordonnées en appuyant sur le tag avec un appareil compatible NFC, et cela vous aidera à retrouver votre objet.

Couplage avec l'application Localiser (Français)

1. Activez le Bluetooth de votre appareils iOS. Vérifiez que votre appareil iOS est bien dans la dernière version.
2. Appuyez brièvement sur le bouton marche du tag pour l'allumer et positionnez-le à proximité de votre appareil iOS.
3. Ouvrez l'application Localiser, appuyez sur "Objets" puis sur "Ajouter un objet". Sélectionnez "Autre objet pris en charge" et suivez les instructions de l'application pour terminer le couplage.
4. Afin de coupler d'autres objets, appuyez sur "+" puis sur "Ajouter un objet" pour effectuer le couplage.

Remplacement de pile (Français)

ATUVOS Tag est doté d'une pile remplaçable qui tient jusqu'à un an. Lorsque la pile est épuisée, il est possible de la remplacer en 3 étapes:

1. Ouvrez le couvercle de la pile en utilisant votre ongle ou en insérant un petit outil dans l'interstice.
2. Retirez la pile à l'aide d'un trombone et remplacez-la par une neuve en orientant le pôle positif vers le haut.
3. Remettez le couvercle de la pile en place en l'alignant sur le trou.

Attention : Gardez la pile hors de portée des enfants et des animaux domestiques. Ce tag contient une pile bouton qui peut être dangereuse en cas de mastication ou d'ingestion.

Utilisez une pile du même type (CR2032) pour le remplacement. Faute de quoi, cela pourrait causer des dommages.

Si vous êtes obligé de jeter le tag, retirez d'abord la pile. Il convient d'éliminer la pile usagée dans un conteneur de recyclage de piles.

1. Échec de l'ajout d'ATUVOS Tag à l'application Localiser.

1. Vérifiez que le tag est alimenté et proche de l'appareil.
2. Vérifiez que votre appareil iOS est bien dans la dernière version et que le Bluetooth est activé.
3. Vérifiez que le tag n'a pas été couplé à l'application Localiser sur un autre appareil iOS.
4. Si l'ajout est toujours impossible après avoir suivi les étapes ci-dessus, maintenez le bouton marche du tag enfoncé pendant 10 secondes pour le réinitialiser, puis réessayez.

2. Fonctionnement incorrect d'ATUVOS Tag

1. Vérifiez si la pile est faible. Si c'est le cas, remplacez-la par une neuve du même type (CR2032).
