Performance Curve Description
The performance curve illustrates the relationship between Head (H) in meters and Flow Rate (Q) in Liters per minute. Two curves, labeled "10R" and "6R", are presented. The "6R" curve indicates that at a flow rate of 0.75 L/min, the pump can achieve a head of approximately 2.6 meters, and at a flow rate of 2.1 L/min, the head is approximately 0.5 meters.
Pump Assembly Description
The pump assembly consists of several key components:
- Motor: Located at the rear, housed within an Aluminum Motor Case.
- Drive Mechanism: Features a Drive Magnet (PP) connected to the motor, which magnetically couples to the Inside Driven Magnet (PP).
- Impeller: Made of PP, it is driven by the inner magnet.
- Pump Housing: Includes a Front Casing (PP) and a Rear Cover (PP).
- Sealing: A Casing O-ring provides sealing between components.
- Bearings: Utilizes a Silicon Bush and an Aluminum Oxid Stationary Bushing for shaft support.
- Shaft: A shaft connects the inner magnet to the impeller.
- Accessories: A Silicon Washer is also included.
