Pairing Your Device
- Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds to power on the headphones. The blue light will illuminate.
- If the button is pressed and held, the headphones will search for Bluetooth® enabled devices. The red and blue lights will flash alternatively.
- Once the headphones are in pairing mode and your device is ready to pair, select 'Brookstone Headphones.' If prompted, use
0000
as a PIN for the pairing code. Once the headphones are selected, a beep tone will sound and the blue light will flash.
NOTE: If the headphones were powered on and without Bluetooth® connection for 3 minutes, they will auto shut off. After a successful connection, the blue LED will flash three times every 5 seconds (Bluetooth® connected but not playing music).
Charging the Headphones
The headphones are equipped with a non-removable built-in battery that can be charged repeatedly. When used for the first time, please make sure that the headphones are fully charged.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the headphones.
- Insert the charging cable into the standard power socket. During the charging process, the indicator light will become red. If the charging has not been started, please unplug the charger and then re-insert it.
- After the headphones are fully charged, the red indicator light will turn off. In this case, please unplug the charger from the power socket and headphones.
- Repeated charging and discharging of the headphones may lead to declined battery performance over time.
- During charging, please be sure not to make or receive phone calls using the headphones.
NOTE: When the battery capacity of the headphones is not adequate, the indicator light of the headset will flash red, and you will hear an alarm or "The headset battery capacity is low." If the headphones shut down during a phone call, these calls will be automatically transferred to your mobile phone. The headphones will shut off when AUX/MICRO input is used, and you will need to unplug and power on again for music to play.
Listening to Audio
- Press the Power Button once to play music. Press the Power Button again to pause the music.
- Short press the Volume "+" button to go to the previous song or the beginning of the current song. Short press the Volume "-" button to go to the next song.
- While playing music or receiving calls, a long press of the Volume "+" or "-" buttons will increase or decrease the volume level to the desired level.
Playing Music Through a Wired Connection
Plug one end of the audio cable (included) into your audio device and plug the other end of the cable into the headphones' Aux-In port.
Mobile Phone Operation
When the headphones are paired to your device and a call is received, the incoming call tone will sound. If audio is playing through the headphones when a call is answered, the audio will pause and only your call will be audible. When you end the call, your audio will resume.
- Receiving a call: When the bell rings, short press the Power Button for 1 second.
- Hanging up calls: At the end of calls, short press the Power Button for 1 second.
- Rejecting calls: When the bell rings, press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds.
Reset
To hard reset the headphones, connect to the USB cable and plug into a charging source.
Care and Maintenance
Do not submerge the headphones in water. To clean, wipe the headphones with a soft, dry cloth.

One (1) Year Limited Warranty
Brookstone® warrants this product against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Brookstone will either:
- Repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Replace the product with a new product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
- Provide a store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the original product.
When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Brookstone's property. When a store credit is given, the original product must be returned to Brookstone and becomes Brookstone's property.
Obtaining Service
To obtain warranty service, call Brookstone Limited Warranty Service at 1-800-292-9819. Please be prepared to describe the product that needs service and the nature of the problem. A purchase receipt is required. All repairs and replacements must be authorized in advance. Service options, parts availability, and response times will vary. You are responsible for delivery and the cost of delivery of the product or any parts to the authorized service center for replacement, per our instructions.
Limits and Exclusions
Coverage under this Limited Warranty is limited to the United States of America, including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured for Brookstone that can be identified by the "Brookstone" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them or their packaging. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Brookstone products. Manufacturers or suppliers other than Brookstone may provide their own warranties to the purchaser, but Brookstone, in so far as permitted by law, provides these products "as is."
This warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by failure to follow instructions relating to product's use or the installation of components.
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, floods, earthquake, or other external causes.
- Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Brookstone.
- Accessories used in conjunction with a covered product.
- A product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability.
- Items intended to be periodically replaced by the purchaser during the normal life of the product, including, without limitation, batteries or light bulbs.
- Any product sold "as is," including, without limitation, floor demonstration models and refurbished items.
- A product that is used commercially or for a commercial purpose.
Brookstone shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brookstone disclaims any and all statutory or implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties against hidden or latent defects. If Brookstone cannot lawfully disclaim statutory or implied warranties, then to the extent permitted by law, all such warranties shall be limited in duration to the duration of this express warranty.
Some states disallow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
