This product has no user-repairable parts. Damage caused by user disassembly is not covered by the warranty.

Connection Diagram

The diagram shows the Konftel Cam20 connected to a monitor via HDMI and to a laptop via USB 3.0. The USB cable connects the camera to the laptop.

Remote Control Functions

The remote control for the Konftel Cam20 has the following functions:

1	Standby Button	Enter into standby mode (not supported)
2	Position Buttons	Set or recall preset camera positions.
3	* Button	Used with other buttons.
4	Set Preset Button	Store a preset position. Press [PRESET] + Numeric button (0-9) to set a corresponding preset position.
5	Pan-Tilt Control Button	Press [HOME] to return the camera to the middle position.
6	Back Button	Return to the previous screen.
7	Zoom Buttons	Slow Zoom: Zoom In [+] or Zoom Out [-] slowly. Fast Zoom: Zoom In [+] or Zoom Out [-] fast.
8	Set Pan Left/Right	Set the direction of the pan. - Simultaneously press [L/R SET] + 1 [STD] to set the pan turn in the same direction as L/R Set. - Simultaneously press [L/R SET] + 2 [REV] to set the pan turn in the opposite direction as L/R Set.
9	Focus Buttons	Adjust focus. Press [AUTO] for automatic focus adjustment on the center of the object. Press [MANUAL] for manual focus adjustment. Use [FAR] (Focus on far object) and [NEAR] (Focus on near object) for manual adjustment.
10	Camera Select Buttons	Select the camera to operate with the remote controller.

12	Set Camera IR Address Buttons	Set camera IR address: [•]+[•]+[F1]: Address 1 [•]+[•]+[F2]: Address 2 [•]+[#]+[F3]: Address 3 [•]+[#]+[F4]: Address 4
13	Clear Preset Buttons	Erase a preset position. Press [RESET] + Numeric button (0-9).
14	Pan/Tilt Control Buttons	Use arrow buttons to pan and tilt the camera. Press [HOME] to return to the original position.
15	Menu Button	Enter or exit the menu.
16	BLC (Backlight Compensation) ON/OFF Button	Enable or disable backlight compensation. NOTE: Effective only in auto exposure mode. If a light is behind the subject, the subject may appear dark. Pressing the [BACKLIGHT ON/OFF] button activates the function. Press it again to disable.
17	PTZ Reset Button	Not supported.

Konftel provides a two-year warranty on its conference devices. Service is available after the warranty period expires. Please contact your reseller for a cost estimate.
