Samsung Promotional Activity: Terms and Conditions

I. Promotion Identification

Promotion Name: BOGO Samsung Serie S25 (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: Valid from June 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. until June 30, 2025, or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.

Available Units: 2937 units of the PRODUCT and BENEFIT are available across all references and Authorized Participating Stores.

Applicable Territory: Promotion valid nationwide.

Applicable Channels: Promotion valid on online channels of Authorized Participating Stores, as defined below.

II. Preliminary Considerations

This document outlines the terms, conditions, and restrictions that participants (“CLIENT” and collectively “CLIENTS”) must adhere to. Participation in the PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these T&C.

III. Specific Promotion Conditions

1. Object: With the purchase of one (1) Samsung Galaxy S25 512GB at Authorized Participating Stores (“PRODUCT”), the CLIENT can receive one (1) Buds 3 for a final price of COP $4,259,900 (the “BENEFIT”).

   Alternatively, with the purchase of one (1) Samsung Galaxy S25 256GB, the CLIENT can receive one (1) Buds 3 for COP $3,989,900.

   With the purchase of one (1) Samsung Galaxy S25+ 512GB, the CLIENT can receive one (1) Buds 3 for COP $4,799,900.

   With the purchase of one (1) Samsung Galaxy S25+ 256GB, the CLIENT can receive one (1) Buds 3 for COP $4,329,900.

   With the purchase of one (1) Samsung Galaxy S25 ULTRA 1TB, the CLIENT can receive one (1) Buds 3 for COP $7,529,900.

   With the purchase of one (1) Samsung Galaxy S25 ULTRA 512GB, the CLIENT can receive one (1) Buds 3 for COP $6,749,900.

   With the purchase of one (1) Samsung Galaxy S25 ULTRA 256GB, the CLIENT can receive one (1) Buds 3 for COP $5,509,900.

   This is subject to the CLIENT fulfilling all requirements and conditions indicated in these T&C.

2. Authorized Participating Stores: The Authorized Participating Stores for the PROMOTION are:

3. Products and Units: The products (“PRODUCTS”) are indicated below. Purchase of the PRODUCT is subject to its availability in the Authorized Participating Stores at the time of purchase.

4. Clients: CLIENTS of the PROMOTION are natural persons over 18 years of age.

5. Mechanics: CLIENTS can access the PROMOTION by accessing the online channels of the Authorized Participating Stores and purchasing the PRODUCT within the PROMOTION dates, paying with any method authorized by each Authorized Participating Store.

   To access the PROMOTION, the CLIENT must follow this mechanic:

   • CLIENTS can access the PROMOTION by entering the online channels of the Authorized Participating Stores and adding the PRODUCT of their choice.
   • Once the CLIENT selects their PRODUCT with the desired capacity and color, they must click on “continue with purchase”.
   • Upon continuing with the purchase, the Authorized Participating Store will redirect the CLIENT to the BENEFIT page.
   • Once the CLIENT accepts the BENEFIT, they must click on “continue” for the BENEFIT to be added to the shopping cart.
   • The CLIENT must verify that the PRODUCT and BENEFIT are included in the shopping cart, that the final price of their order matches the PROMOTION terms, and then proceed with the steps to finalize their purchase.

6. Special Conditions of the BENEFIT: The BENEFIT has the following special conditions:

   • The BENEFIT is only cumulative with the following promotions: “VISA Weekend and Holidays”.
   • The number of units available for the BENEFIT will be the same as the number of units available for the PRODUCT.
   • The BENEFIT will only be applied if the CLIENT chooses and accepts the desired BENEFIT product to be added to the shopping cart.
   • The BENEFIT will be applicable provided the CLIENT purchases a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of four (4) PRODUCTS in a single transaction from the Authorized Participating Stores.
   • The BENEFIT can be redeemed a maximum of one (1) time per CLIENT.
   • BENEFIT colors are subject to the availability of the Authorized Participating Store.
   • If accessing the PROMOTION through the Authorized Participating Store's online channel, and the BENEFIT has already been delivered to the CLIENT, if the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the BENEFIT along with the PRODUCT. If the BENEFIT has not been delivered and the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal, the BENEFIT will not be delivered.

IV. General Promotion Conditions

1. Upon purchasing the PROMOTION, the CLIENT will be deemed to have accepted in full all conditions indicated in these T&C.
2. Each Authorized Participating Store may, at its discretion, determine the prices of the PRODUCTS and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, considering the applicable territory described in Section I “Promotion Identification” of these T&C.
3. For online channel participation, each Authorized Participating Store may determine, at its discretion, the conditions for the mode, time, and place of shipment and delivery of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Therefore, the CLIENT, before making their purchase, should contact the Authorized Participating Store where they intend to access the PROMOTION for more information on delivery and shipping of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS.
4. The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that, if the BENEFIT is a product available in various colors, the Authorized Participating Stores will provide the CLIENT with the product in the color that is available.
5. The available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document. If they are exhausted prior to the dates indicated in these T&C, the PROMOTION will terminate.
6. The warranty applicable to the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will correspond to the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG for each PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT, provided that SAMSUNG is the producer of these. If any PRODUCT or BENEFIT of the PROMOTION has a different producer than SAMSUNG, the warranty applicable will be that established by the producer of the PRODUCT or BENEFIT in question.
7. If the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal for an acquired PRODUCT, provided that such PRODUCT is eligible for withdrawal, the CLIENT must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, if the latter has been delivered. Withdrawal conditions will apply as defined by law and according to the guidelines established by each Authorized Participating Store.
8. The BENEFIT is not exchangeable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card payments, or any other transaction or benefit different from what is described in the T&C.
9. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason. Updates to the T&C will be published on the page: https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/, and it will be understood that by such publication, CLIENTS are notified, and therefore, these conditions apply to the CLIENTS of the PROMOTION.
10. SAMSUNG and the Authorized Participating Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION and the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Consequently, if there is any claim regarding the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, such claim will be handled through the SAMSUNG Call Center, via WhatsApp (+57) 3138698800, or through the customer service channels of each of the Authorized Participating Stores.
11. When one or all of the Authorized Participating Stores correspond to SAMSUNG's online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the security of CLIENTS' personal information. For these purposes, SAMSUNG uses various security technologies and procedures that help protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. For example, personal information is stored in limited-access systems, located in controlled facilities. 12. When one or all of the Authorized Participating Stores correspond to a store other than SAMSUNG's online channel, the respective Authorized Participating Store where the PROMOTION is acquired will be responsible for the personal data collected under the PROMOTION. For this, the CLIENT can consult the personal data protection policy of the Authorized Participating Store on its website. The Authorized Participating Stores commit to protecting the security of CLIENTS' personal information. SAMSUNG, in turn, acts as the data processor for data collected under the PROMOTION, and therefore, the treatment of such data will be carried out in accordance with the personal data protection policy of the corresponding Authorized Participating Store.
13. These T&C respond to and comply with Colombian laws.
