I. Promotion Identification

Promotion Name: BOGO SAMSUNG SERIE S25 (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: Valid from August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, or until stocks last, whichever occurs first.

Available Units for Promotion: 1468 units of the BENEFIT object of the PROMOTION across all references and Participating Authorized Stores.

Applicable Territory: Valid nationwide.

Applicable Channels: Valid on online channels of Participating Authorized Stores, as defined below.

II. Preliminary Considerations

These terms and conditions govern the participation in the PROMOTION. Participation and acceptance of the BENEFIT implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these T&C. The T&C can be consulted at: https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/

III. Specific Promotion Conditions

1. Object

   By purchasing any of the mentioned references from the S25 series (Smartphones, Tablets, and Accessories) from Participating Authorized Stores, the CUSTOMER will receive one (1) Buds 3 (the “BENEFIT”). This is subject to the CUSTOMER fulfilling all requirements and conditions indicated in these T&C.

4. Customers

   CUSTOMERS are natural persons over 18 years of age.

5. Mechanics

   CUSTOMERS can access the PROMOTION by visiting the online channels of the Participating Authorized Stores and purchasing the PRODUCT within the PROMOTION dates, paying with any authorized method.

   To access the PROMOTION, the CUSTOMER must follow this mechanic:

   1. CUSTOMERS can access the PROMOTION by entering the online channels of the Participating Authorized Stores and adding their preferred PRODUCT.
   2. Once the CUSTOMER selects their desired PRODUCT and color, they must click “continue with purchase”.
   3. Upon continuing with the purchase, the Participating Authorized Store will redirect the CUSTOMER to the BENEFIT page.
   4. The CUSTOMER will have the option to select the BENEFIT; if they do, they must click “continue” for the BENEFIT to be added to the shopping cart.
   5. The CUSTOMER must verify that the PRODUCT and BENEFIT are included in the shopping cart, that the final order price corresponds to the PROMOTION, and then continue with the steps to finalize their purchase.

6. Special Conditions of the BENEFIT

   • The Promotion is only cumulative with the following promotions: “Weekend and VISA Holidays”.
   • The quantity of available units for the BENEFIT is 1468 units.
   • The BENEFIT will only be applied if the CUSTOMER selects and accepts the BENEFIT product of their choice to be added to the shopping cart.
   • The BENEFIT will be applicable as long as the CUSTOMER acquires, in a single transaction, a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of four (4) Products in the Participating Authorized Stores.
   • The BENEFIT can be redeemed a maximum of one (1) time per CUSTOMER.
   • Colors of the BENEFIT are subject to availability from the Participating Authorized Store.

IV. General Promotion Conditions

1. By acquiring the PROMOTION, the CUSTOMER accepts these T&C in their entirety.
2. Each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, the prices of the PRODUCTS and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, considering the applicable territory described in Section I “Promotion Identification”.
3. For online channels, each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, the conditions for shipping and delivery of PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. The CUSTOMER should contact the Participating Authorized Store before making a purchase for more information on delivery and shipping.
4. The CUSTOMER acknowledges and accepts that if the BENEFIT is available in multiple colors, the Participating Authorized Stores will provide the CUSTOMER with the product in the available color.
5. Available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document. If stocks are depleted before the dates indicated in these T&C, the PROMOTION will end.
6. The warranty applicable to PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG for each PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT, provided SAMSUNG is the manufacturer. If a different manufacturer produced the PRODUCT or BENEFIT, the warranty established by that manufacturer will apply.
7. If the CUSTOMER exercises their right of withdrawal regarding the purchased PRODUCT, and if said PRODUCT is eligible for withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, if it has already been delivered. Withdrawal conditions will apply as defined by law and according to the instructions established by each Participating Authorized Store.
8. The BENEFIT is not exchangeable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card deposits, or any other transaction or benefit different from what is described in the T&C.
9. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason. Updates will be published on the page: https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/, and such publication will be considered notification to the CUSTOMERS, making these conditions applicable.
10. SAMSUNG and the Participating Authorized Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION AND the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Any claims regarding the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be handled through the SAMSUNG Call Center, WhatsApp number (+57) 3138698800, or the customer service channels of each Participating Authorized Store.
11. When one or all Participating Authorized Stores correspond to SAMSUNG’s online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the personal information of CUSTOMERS. SAMSUNG uses various security technologies and procedures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. 12. When one or all Participating Authorized Stores correspond to a store other than SAMSUNG’s online channel, the respective Participating Authorized Store where the PROMOTION is acquired will be responsible for the personal data collected. CUSTOMERS can consult the data protection policy of the Participating Authorized Store on its website. Participating Authorized Stores commit to protecting the personal information of CUSTOMERS. SAMSUNG acts as the data processor for data collected under the PROMOTION, and its processing will comply with the data protection policy of the respective Participating Authorized Store.
13. These T&C respond to and comply with Colombian laws.
