Safety Recommendations

  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner if the dust bag and filters are not correctly installed.
  • This appliance is not designed for collecting hazardous substances, gases, water, or liquids.
  • Avoid vacuuming sharp objects (e.g., needles, glass shards) or burning/smoking items (e.g., cigarettes, matches, hot ash).
  • Operate and store the vacuum cleaner in dry indoor environments between 0-60°C. Do not use outdoors.
  • Do not operate with wet hands.
  • Turn off the appliance before unplugging it from the mains socket.
  • To unplug, pull the plug, not the power cord. Do not drag the appliance by the cord.
  • Do not use if the power cord shows signs of damage. Regularly check the cord for damage, especially if it has been crushed, trapped in doors, or subjected to excessive pressure.
  • If the appliance is faulty, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or got wet, it must be checked by an authorized service point.
  • Do not modify the mechanical or electrical safety features.
  • All repairs must be carried out by an authorized service point.

Operating Instructions

Connecting Hose, Tubes, and Nozzles

Follow these steps to assemble the vacuum cleaner for use:

  1. Insert the hose connection into the suction inlet.
  2. Connect the curved tube to the telescopic tube.
  3. Attach the desired nozzle to the telescopic tube.
  4. Adjust the telescopic tube length to suit your height by pressing the adjustment button.

(See Diagrams on pages 16-17 for visual guidance.)

Blower Function

The vacuum cleaner can also be used as a blower:

  1. Open the cover (air outlet grille 24) at the rear of the vacuum cleaner.
  2. Insert the hose connection into the blower outlet.

Note: To prevent dust from blowing back into the room, briefly insert the bent end of the hose into the appliance's inlet after activating the blower function.

(See Diagram on page 16 for visual guidance.)

Suction Power Adjustment

The suction power can be adjusted using the sliding regulator on the curved tube or the power regulator on the appliance itself.

  • Sliding Regulator on Tube: Maximum suction is achieved when the slider completely covers the opening in the tube. Minimum suction is achieved when the opening is fully exposed. Adjust the slider to your desired position.
  • Power Regulator on Appliance: The suction power can be set using the power regulator. For quieter operation and reduced suction, set a lower power level.

Parking Positions

The vacuum cleaner has two indentations for parking:

  • Horizontal Parking: Use the indentation on the underside when the vacuum cleaner is resting on its rear.
  • Vertical Parking: Use the indentation at the rear when the vacuum cleaner is standing upright.

(See Diagrams on page 17 for visual guidance.)

Using Different Nozzles

Various nozzles are included for different cleaning tasks:

  • Crevice Nozzle (13): For cleaning hard-to-reach areas.
  • Upholstery Nozzle (12): For cleaning upholstered furniture.
  • Brush Nozzle (14): For cleaning curtains and window sills.
  • Floor Nozzle (17): For vacuuming hard floors.
  • Universal Nozzle: Adaptable for various floor types.
  • Turbo Brush (18): For vacuuming carpets and rugs.
  • Blower Nozzle (20): Can be used for inflating mattresses, for example.

Note: The types of included nozzles may vary depending on the vacuum cleaner model. (See Diagrams on page 17 for visual guidance.)

Thermal Cut-out

The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a thermal cut-out to protect the motor from overheating. If the motor stops unexpectedly, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down. Check for blockages in the hose, tubes, or filters. Once cooled, plug it back in and press the power switch. If it still does not start, unplug and wait longer before trying again.

Maintenance

Changing the Dust Bag

Replace the dust bag when the indicator light is constantly on, or when suction power is noticeably reduced even with clean filters.

  1. Disconnect the hose from the vacuum cleaner inlet.
  2. Press the button to open the cover.
  3. Remove the old dust bag.
  4. Insert a new dust bag, ensuring the cardboard edge slides into place correctly.
  5. Carefully unfold the new dust bag. Check that it is properly secured.
  6. Close the cover.
  7. Reconnect the hose to the suction inlet.

(See Diagram on page 16 for visual guidance.)

Changing the Pre-filter

The pre-filter captures microparticles that the dust bag does not retain. It should be replaced every four dust bag changes. The pre-filter is located behind the dust bag.

  1. Disconnect the hose from the suction inlet.
  2. Open the cover.
  3. Remove the dust bag.
  4. Remove the filter holder with the pre-filter.
  5. Open the filter holder.
  6. Remove the old pre-filter.
  7. Insert a new pre-filter and ensure it is correctly seated in the holder.
  8. Place the filter holder back into its guide and slide it into place.
  9. Insert the new dust bag as described previously.
  10. Close the cover.
  11. Reconnect the hose to the suction inlet.

(See Diagram on page 16 for visual guidance.)

Changing the EPA Filter

The EPA filter cleans the outgoing air of microparticles not retained by the dust bag. It cannot be cleaned with a brush or washed.

  1. Open the cover on the underside of the vacuum cleaner.
  2. Remove the blower function cover.
  3. Remove the EPA filter.
  4. Insert a new EPA filter and ensure it is correctly seated.
  5. Replace the blower function cover.
  6. Close the main cover.

(See Diagram on page 16 for visual guidance.)

Clean the vacuum cleaner housing with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild detergent. Always use original accessories purchased from a local retailer.

  • The serial number has been removed from the appliance.
  • The vacuum cleaner has been repaired by an unauthorized dealer or service point.
  • The appliance is used for professional purposes (e.g., by construction companies, cleaning services, commercial use) rather than domestic use.
