Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Why is the device showing "Offline"?
A: A newly added device may take 1-2 minutes to connect to Wi-Fi and the network. If it remains offline for an extended period, check the Wi-Fi indicator status:
- Wi-Fi LED flashes rapidly once per second: The switch could not connect to the Wi-Fi network.
- Check if the Wi-Fi password was entered incorrectly.
- Ensure the distance between the switch and router is not too great, or that there are no significant interference sources. Try moving them closer.
- The 5G Wi-Fi network is not supported; only 2.4GHz wireless networks are compatible.
- MAC address filtering might be enabled on your router; disable it.
- If the issue persists, try creating a Wi-Fi hotspot using your mobile phone's data and re-adding the device.
- Wi-Fi LED flashes rapidly twice per second: The device connected to Wi-Fi but failed to connect to the server.
- Ensure your network is stable. Frequent double flashes indicate an unstable network, not a product issue.
- If the network is normal, try powering off the switch and then powering it back on.
