Common Problems
Q: Why my device stays "Offline"?
A: A newly added device requires 1-2 minutes to connect to Wi-Fi and the network. If it remains offline for an extended period, check the Wi-Fi LED indicator ? status:
1. Blue Wi-Fi indicator ? flashes quickly once per second:
This means the switch failed to connect to your Wi-Fi.
- ① Incorrect Wi-Fi password entered.
- ② Too much distance between the switch and router, or environmental interference. Move the switch closer to the router. If it fails, try adding it again.
- ③ 5G Wi-Fi network is not supported; only 2.4GHz is supported.
- ④ MAC address filtering might be enabled. Disable it.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try creating a Wi-Fi hotspot using your mobile phone's data and add the device again.
2. Blue Wi-Fi indicator ? flashes quickly twice per second:
This means the device is connected to Wi-Fi but failed to connect to the server.
Ensure your network is stable. Frequent double flashes indicate an unstable network, not a product issue. If the network is normal, try power cycling the switch.
