The interior battery self-protection has been activated. Please recharge the unit.

What to do when there is an inaccurate battery read/system crash?
This may be due to interference or battery loss. Press and hold the AC button for 20 seconds to reset the unit.

Why does the unit not charge through AC?
Over-heat protection may be activated. Unplug the unit and its connected devices, and wait for the battery to cool down.

How to store the generator?
Keep the unit in a cool and dry place. Charge it every 6 months if the unit is left unused for a long period.

How to clean the generator?
Do not use chemicals or detergents. Use a slightly damp towel to clean the unit and dry it with a soft cloth.

Why does the unit not charge from a solar panel?
The voltage input from the solar panel to the generator might be below 29.4V. If your solar panel is rated 18V (or 12V), wire two solar panels in series. (Note: PV input for Pecron 1000W and above units is 29.4-40V, 20A maximum).
