Weber Spirit LP Assembly Guide

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for assembling your Weber Spirit LP grill.

Important Safety and Assembly Notes

Cut all four corners of the carton and fold sides down.
Assemble the grill on a flat, level, and soft surface.
Remove protective film from stainless steel parts before installing.
Do not use power tools for assembly.
Two people are required for assembly.
There may be visual differences between the illustrations and the model purchased.
Always keep the lid closed when assembling or moving your grill.

Tools Required

A Phillips head screwdriver is required for assembly.

Parts List and Assembly Steps

Step 1: Base Assembly

Assemble the grill on a flat, level, and soft surface.

Attach the base plate using two screws (D).

Step 2: Side Panel Attachment

Attach the left (L) and right (R) side panels to the base using four screws (A).

Step 3: Lower Frame Assembly

Attach the lower frame components using screws (A).

Step 4: Wheel Attachment

Attach the wheels to the frame using the provided pins (E).

Secure the wheels with the retaining pins (F).

Step 5: Side Shelf Attachment

Attach the side shelves to the main body of the grill using screws (A).

Step 6: Drip Pan Installation

Slide the drip pan into its designated slot.

Step 7: Control Panel and Knobs

Attach the control panel and install the control knobs.

Step 8: Lid and Burner Assembly

Attach the lid and the burner components.

Step 9: Final Touches

Ensure all hardware is tightened. Refer to the troubleshooting section for any issues.
