General Assembly Tips:

  • Cut all four corners of the carton and fold the sides down.
  • Assemble the grill on a flat, level, and soft surface.
  • Remove protective film from stainless steel parts before installation.
  • Do not use power tools for assembly.
  • Assembly requires two people. ?
  • Note that there may be visual differences between the illustrations and the actual model purchased.
  • Always keep the lid closed when assembling or moving your grill.

Parts Overview

The packaging contains various components and hardware bags labeled A through E, as well as main grill parts.

  • Hardware Bags (A-E): Contain specific screws, bolts, washers, clips, and a battery for assembly. Refer to individual steps for which bag and part numbers to use.
  • Main Components: Includes grates, side panels, and other structural parts that will be assembled into the grill.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach part J (manuals/instructions) to the main frame using one screw (-1) from Bag A. [Diagram shows a hand inserting a screw into a bracket attached to a frame.]

Step 5: Secure the lower part of the frame using two screws (-2) from Bag A. [Diagram shows screws being inserted into the base of the assembled frame.]
