Warnings

• This product is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Keep out of reach of children.
• CAUTION! Possible dangerous radiation! Do not stare directly into the light beam or shine it into anyone's eyes.
• The product generates significant heat during prolonged operation. Exercise caution and avoid activating high brightness levels, SEARCH, and LUMIN SHIELD™ for extended periods to prevent burns.
• Do not cover or place objects near the head of the product, as this may cause damage or accidents due to high temperatures.
• Do not use the product to illuminate flammable or explosive materials, as high heat may lead to combustion or explosion.
• Use the product in a standard handheld manner to avoid accidents in case of product failure.
• Do not submerge the product in any liquid when it is hot, as this may cause irreparable damage due to air pressure differences.
• When storing the product in an enclosed or flammable environment (e.g., pocket, backpack) or leaving it unused for extended periods, turn it off and activate Full Lockout Mode to prevent accidental activation and heat-related dangers.
• Do not expose the product to temperatures above 60°C (140°F) for prolonged periods, as this poses a risk of battery explosion or combustion.
• Use the original charging cable for power supply.
• Recharge the product every 6 months if left unused for a prolonged time.
• Do not disassemble or modify this product, as doing so will cause damage and void the warranty. Refer to the warranty section for complete information.

Battery Safety

Improper use of devices with built-in Li-ion batteries can result in severe battery damage or safety hazards like combustion or explosion. Do not use the device if it is damaged. Do not disassemble, puncture, cut, crush, or incinerate the device. If any leakage or abnormal odor is noticed, stop using the device immediately. Dispose of the device/batteries in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.

Product Overview

The NITECORE TM9K Pro is a powerful and compact flashlight. The image shows the flashlight's design, highlighting its tactical features and robust construction. It includes integrated components like an optical sensor and a USB-C charging port, along with user interface elements such as a power indicator, power button, and MODE button.

Operating Instructions

Charging Function

The TM9K Pro features intelligent charging. Recharge before first use.

• Power Connection: Uncap the charging port and connect the USB-C cable to an external power supply (USB adapter, power bank, etc.).
• QC Mode: When using a QC adapter, the indicator flashes quickly. Charging time is approx. 3h 15min.
• Standard Mode: When using a standard adapter, the indicator flashes slowly. Charging time is approx. 5h (with a 5V/2A adapter).
• Fully Charged: The charging process stops automatically, and the indicator turns solid.
• Charging while On: Connecting to power automatically turns the light off; it returns to its previous status when disconnected.
• Unlock during Charging: The flashlight automatically unlocks when charged in lockout modes.

On / Off

• On: When the light is off, fully press the Power Button until a click is heard.
• Off: When the light is on, fully press the Power Button until a click is heard.

Brightness Levels

When the light is on, half-press the Power Button to cycle through "ULTRALOW → LOW → MID → HIGH". The flashlight has a memory function, directly accessing the previously memorized brightness level upon reactivation.

Tactical Momentary Illumination

• When the light is off, half-press and hold the MODE Button for SEARCH mode (release to turn off).
• When the light is off, fully press and hold the MODE Button for LUMIN SHIELD™ mode (release to turn off).

Direct Access to SEARCH

When the light is on or off, half-press and hold the MODE Button to directly access SEARCH mode. Release to return to the previous status.

Direct Access to LUMIN SHIELD™

When the light is on or off, fully press and hold the MODE Button to directly access LUMIN SHIELD™ mode. Release to return to the previous status.

Lockout / Unlock

The TM9K Pro has two lockout modes:

Half Lockout Mode:

• Activation: When the light is on, half/fully press and hold the Power Button until the flashlight flashes once.
• Operation: The Power Button is unavailable. Half/fully pressing and holding the Power Button turns on the power indicator (release to turn off). Half-press and hold MODE Button for SEARCH; fully press and hold MODE Button for LUMIN SHIELD™.

Full Lockout Mode (Default Setting):

• Activation: When the light is on, half/fully press and hold the Power Button until the flashlight flashes 3 times. The power indicator will flash to show battery voltage (±0.1V). (e.g., 4.2V: 4 flashes, 1.5s pause, 2 flashes).
• Operation: Both buttons are unavailable to activate the flashlight. Half/fully pressing and holding either button turns on the power indicator (release to turn off).
• Unlock: In Lockout Mode, fully press the Power Button 3 times to exit. The flashlight will turn on briefly to indicate this.

ATR (Advanced Temperature Regulation)

The integrated ATR technology regulates the output based on working conditions and ambient environment to maintain optimal performance.

Power Indication

When the light is on, the power indicator shows remaining battery power:

• Steadily on: Power > 50%
• Slow flashing: Power < 50%
• Quick flashing: Power < 10%

Note: Recharge when output appears dim or the flashlight becomes unresponsive due to low power.

Sensor Protection Function

If an obstruction is detected near the light outlet when the flashlight is accidentally activated at HIGH, SEARCH, or LUMIN SHIELD™ modes, the brightness will automatically decrease to 500 lumens to prevent overheating and prolong lifespan. Sensor sensitivity may vary. Once the obstruction is removed, the flashlight returns to the previous brightness level and disables sensor protection.

• Note 1: Covering the light outlet when HIGH, SEARCH, or LUMIN SHIELD™ is already active does NOT activate sensor protection; brightness remains unchanged.
• Note 2: Keep the front lens clean for optimal sensor performance.

Warranty Service

All NITECORE® products are warranted for quality. Defective products can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Beyond that, NITECORE® products can be repaired free of charge within 24 months from the date of purchase. A limited warranty applies thereafter, covering labor and maintenance costs but not accessories or replacement parts.

The warranty is void if:

• The product is broken down, reconstructed, or modified by unauthorized parties.
• The product is damaged due to improper use.
