Cerberus Pyrotronics PSR-1

The Cerberus Pyrotronics PSR-1 is a microprocessor-controlled remote power supply and battery charger designed for integration with the Cerberus Pyrotronics MXL fire alarm system. It works in conjunction with MPS-6 or MPS-12 units to provide 6 or 12 Amps of power for various MXL modules.

When utilized with a NET-4 or NET-7/7M communication module, the PSR-1 acts as an interface within the MXL's RS-485 network, facilitating communication between remote option modules and the main MXL system.

System Integration & Approvals:

The PSR-1 provides connectors for interface with MPS-6/MPS-12, MOI-7, TSP-40, and MOM-2/MOM-4 cardcages. It offers LED status indicators for system monitoring and can maintain communication during MXL main processor failure or network loss.

The unit is UL, ULC listed and approved by CSFM, NYMEA, FM, and the City of Chicago. It is designed for operation in temperatures ranging from 0°C to 49°C.
