Mains Operation: Check mains adapter connection to socket and player ("DC 4.5 V"). Verify mains socket is powered by testing with another appliance.
Battery Operation: Check battery installation and charge level. Recharge rechargeable batteries or replace non-rechargeable ones. Consider switching to mains operation.
Playback Issues (Audio/MP3-CDs)
Check for condensation on the laser scanning lens, which can occur after exposure to temperature fluctuations.
- Place the MP3-CD player in a dry environment with normal room temperature.
- Remove any loaded CD/MP3-CD.
- Leave the player switched on for at least one hour to allow condensation to evaporate.
CD-R/CD-RW playback issues may be due to disc quality, burner differences, or burning software/settings, not player malfunction.
Player Does Not Respond
Check if the "HOLD" slide is in the left-hand (unlocked) setting. If it's in the right-hand setting, button lock is activated.
Consult service partner: If faults persist or are not described.
Warning! Never open the player's case. Doing so voids the warranty and may result in damage.

Do not dispose of the player in household waste. Contact local waste management authorities for proper disposal procedures. Remove batteries before disposal and return them to appropriate recycling centers.
