Introduction to Control4® MyHome
The Control4® MyHome family of software apps provides comprehensive access and control over your Control4®-enabled smart home. Manage lighting, temperature, music, movies, energy, and security from a wide range of devices, including existing smartphones, tablets, and PCs. This offers an affordable and convenient way to manage your system over any WiFi network, with unique security features for authentication.
With the appropriate app and license, you can use iPads, iPhones, iPod Touches, and virtually any tablet, laptop, or desktop PC to operate your Control4 system.

Licensing Options
Control4® MyHome Device License (C4-MyHome-E)
This license allows a single device to connect to a single Control4 project.
System Requirements: Control4 system running software 1.7.4 or later, Control4 MyHome app, and appropriate device.
Control4® MyHome Site License (C4-MyHome-Site-E)
This license enables any number of supported devices to function as an interface when connected to a single Control4 project.
System Requirements: Control4 system running software OS 1.7.4 or later, Control4 MyHome app, and appropriate device.
Control4® MyHome Applications
Control4® MyHome-iPad
This free app is designed to take advantage of key features on the iPad, providing fingertip control. It can be downloaded from the Apple iTunes Store.
System Requirements: iPad app (updated 8/20/10), requires iOS 3.2 or later. Compatible with iPad. Requires Control4 system running OS 1.7.4 or later. A Control4 MyHome device or site license is required for activation.
Note: If using an iPad with Control4 system software OS 1.7.4 or 1.8.2, the Control4® Apple iPad Driver Patch must be installed on the Controller and Composer. Dealers can download the patch from the support section of the Control4 Dealer website.
Control4® MyHome-iPhone/iPod Touch
Developed to provide fingertip control from iPhones and iPod Touches, this free app can be downloaded from the Apple iTunes Store.
System Requirements: iPhone/iPad Touch app (updated 3/10/10), requires iOS 2.2.1 or later. Compatible with iPhone and iPod Touch. Requires Control4 system running OS 1.7.4 or later. A Control4 MyHome device or site license is required for activation.
Control4® MyHome-PC/Tablet
Transform desktop, laptop, or tablet PCs into Control4 interfaces by downloading the free app from control4.com.
System Requirements: Control4 system running software OS 2.0 or later, Control4 MyHome app, and a PC or tablet device capable of running Adobe Flash. A Control4 MyHome device or site license is required for activation.
