Adding Clean Water
- Press the clean water tank button and pull out the tank.
- Fill the tank with tap water. If you want deep cleaning, add 2 to 3 caps of cleaning solution to the clean water tank according to the instructions on the unit's body, and then put the tank back into the unit.
- Place the clean water tank on the floor and install it correctly until you hear a "click".

When the unit is turned on for the first time, the voice function is enabled by default. You can activate or deactivate it by briefly pressing the voice button. To change the language, hold down the voice button for 5 seconds. Each press of 3 seconds will switch to the next language.
5. Operating Instructions
Power On and Start Cleaning
- Step on the floor brush and tilt the handle back (do not step forcefully). You will hear a "click" that indicates the machine is locked in the correct position for your use.
- Press the power on/off button to turn on the appliance. To turn off the appliance, simply press the power on/off button again.
- Press the mode change button, and you can cycle through the available modes, starting with the default Max mode, then Smart mode, and Vac mode.
Tips: After using the unit, it is recommended to place it vertically on the charging base. There is no need to worry about overcharging, as the battery has integrated protection.
Stopping in Vertical Position
While the machine is running, you can step on the floor brush to straighten it (do not step forcefully); it will stop and enter standby mode. The machine will automatically shut off after two minutes in standby mode.
Instructions for Horizontal Mode
- The unit can operate in a horizontal position of 180 degrees.
- When tilted approximately 20 degrees relative to the floor, it automatically enters horizontal mode, allowing you to clean under furniture.
- In this mode, suction power is automatically reduced to prevent water from entering the fan.
- In this mode, the dirty water tank capacity is less than during normal use.
Tips:
- If the dirty water in the tank exceeds the water level mark, empty it before cleaning in a horizontal position.
- Do not shake the vacuum forcefully while in a horizontal position, as this could cause water to enter the fan and cause a malfunction.
- In a horizontal position, the device limits lateral tilt angles. Do not force rotation at this time.
Self-Cleaning + Drying
⚠️ Precaution:
- Before starting self-cleaning or drying, ensure the battery level is above 20%. If the battery is too low, the main unit will prioritize charging before continuing.
- Note that during self-cleaning and both drying modes, the heating element in the charging base will activate. Do not touch it to avoid burns.
1. Start Self-Cleaning
With the unit on the charging base, briefly press the mode change button to activate the self-cleaning and self-drying modes. The cleaning process will begin, followed by drying in the default standard drying mode of 20 minutes.
2. Activate Quick Drying
After initiating self-cleaning, you can change the drying mode within 5 seconds of the voice prompt by pressing the mode change button. Selecting the quick drying mode will perform a complete 5-minute drying cycle.
3. Direct Start Drying
Place the unit on the charging base and hold the mode change button for 3 seconds to directly access the standard drying mode. You can change the drying mode by pressing the mode change button.
4. Stopping Self-Cleaning or Drying
To stop self-cleaning or self-drying at any time, press the mode change button again.
5. Empty Dirty Water Tank
Once self-cleaning is complete, empty the dirty water tank promptly.
6. Clean Charging Base
After drying, if there are residual stains on the charging base, clean them as well.
7. Brush Rotation
During self-cleaning and both drying modes, the roller brush will continue to rotate until the drying process is complete to improve efficiency.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank
⚠️ ATTENTION:
- After cleaning, it is recommended to place the unit upright on the charging base. Do not place it in areas exposed to direct sunlight or humidity.
- To prevent the unit's performance from being affected, regular maintenance of its components is recommended.
- Before cleaning, disconnect the power to turn off the appliance.
- Use water or a neutral detergent to clean the main unit and the charging base. Wring out the cleaning cloth well before use to prevent water from entering electrical components.
Step 1: Press the dirty water tank release button to remove the tank.
Step 2: Hold the tank with one hand and remove the top lid of the tank with the other hand.
Step 3: Empty and rinse the dirty water tank. Remove the filter from the top lid, rinse it, dry it, and put it back. (The filter is washable, but do not rub it forcefully, as it could be damaged).
Step 4: Reinstall the dirty water tank into the unit until you hear a click. (When installing the dirty water tank, it is recommended to hold the body with your other hand to prevent it from tipping).
Cleaning the Clean Water Tank and Roller Brush
⚠️ ATTENTION:
- If there are stains between the roller brush and the suction nozzle, clean them with a damp cloth. Do not rinse with water.
- Ensure the roller brush has cooled down before removing it. During and shortly after self-cleaning and drying, the roller brush may be hot.
- Be careful to avoid burns. When removing the roller brush and cleaning the suction nozzle, be careful of the metal comb on the nozzle accessory, as it could cause injury.
Step 1: Remove the Clean Water Tank: Press the clip as shown in the illustration and lift the clean water tank.
Step 2: Remove the Roller Brush: Move the handle on the right end of the roller brush to the side and remove the brush.
Step 3: Clean the Suction Port: Carefully remove the floor brush motor, then use a dry cloth or cleaning brush to clean the suction port and the space between them. The motor has a curved design that facilitates cleaning of the suction port and the motorized brush. *Do not rinse the floor brush directly under the tap, as it could damage electrical components. The motor is not waterproof.*
Step 4: After self-cleaning, if there are hairs or other residues tangled in the roller brush, remove them manually. For stubborn stains (e.g., ketchup or soy sauce), if the dirt persists after self-cleaning, repeat the self-cleaning or remove the roller brush for manual cleaning.
Step 5: If there is residual dirt in the clean water tank after self-cleaning, remove the water tank and rinse it with water.
Step 6: If there are residual stains in the suction port after self-cleaning, clean it with a damp cloth instead of rinsing.
Step 7: Roller Brush Installation: Hold the handle on the right end of the roller brush and align the left side of the brush with the axle. Push the entire brush to the left and fully insert the handle into the right slot of the floor brush. The brush will be installed correctly when you hear a "click".
Step 8: After cleaning, place the clean water tank onto the floor brush. It will be installed correctly when you hear a "click".
7. Troubleshooting
Ensure the vacuum cleaner is turned off and the power cord is disconnected.
⚠️ NOTICE: Overheating Protection
This vacuum cleaner is equipped with a special thermostat to protect the motor and battery in case of overheating. If the vacuum cleaner suddenly shuts off, proceed as follows: 1) Press the power button to turn off the vacuum cleaner and unplug it. 2) Inspect the vacuum cleaner for possible causes of overheating, such as a full dirty water tank, a blocked air inlet, or a blocked filter. If you detect any of these conditions, correct them and wait at least 30 minutes before using the vacuum cleaner again. 3) After waiting 30 minutes, plug the vacuum cleaner back in and press the power button to turn it on.
