Operating Instructions

Please note the following instructions for use:

• For hygienic reasons, we recommend washing the product with warm water and detergent before the initial use, after each use, and whenever it has not been used for some time. Please do not use any abrasives, solvents, or bleaches!
• Products made of more than one type of material should not be submerged completely under water.
• Always rinse the product thoroughly and dry it completely.
• Store it with the lid or closure open.
• Always fill the product only to the point where the lid/closure can be easily put on and screwed tight.
• When filling, always ensure that the closure (lid, etc.) is firmly closed.
• For leak-proof products, after filling and closing, we recommend turning the product upside down briefly to check that the seals are in place and the closure is working properly.
• A product that is purchased without this designation is not leak-proof and you must therefore ensure that when filled the product is always kept upright!
• Unless specifically advertised as suitable for this purpose, do not use this product for carbonated drinks!
• Do not pour hot drinks or ice cubes into a container that does not have insulation!
• This product must not be used for milk drinks or for warming baby food. (Possibility of bacterial growth!)
• Never put the product in a freezer, a microwave oven, or an oven!
• Unless it is expressly permitted, do not put the product into a dishwasher.
• Caps should be hand washed only, rinsed and dried thoroughly before use.

For double-walled containers (with and without vacuum), the following also applies:

• To achieve the best insulation, preheat your product with warm water before filling it with a hot beverage or cool it with cold water before filling it with a cold beverage.
• To avoid burns, always pour the hot contents into a cup and do not drink directly from the bottle; exception: products that are explicitly intended for this use! But even here the following applies: Be careful with hot drinks!

Warranty

This appliance is guaranteed for two years beginning on the day of purchase under the following conditions (excluding use-related wear of seals, closures, etc.):

• All defects are verifiably due to faults in the material or faulty manufacture and not improper use.
• Any claims are asserted within the period of guarantee.
• Receipt of purchase is submitted together with the product.

The warranty period shall be reduced to one year if the product is used commercially. Claims other than the above-mentioned right to remedy of defects are not covered by the guarantee.
