The NXP RW612 is a highly integrated, low-power wireless microcontroller unit (MCU) designed for a wide range of applications. It features a Tri-radio system combining Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), Bluetooth Low Energy 5.4, and 802.15.4 radios.

Powered by a 260 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 core with TrustZone-M security, it offers robust connectivity, high throughput, and low latency, making it ideal for IoT devices.
