2. Sample Connection
A diagram illustrates the connection of the RO system. The system unit has a front panel with indicators (A) and a display screen (B), and three filter slots labeled CB, CF, and RO (C, D, E respectively). The connection diagram shows the unit connected to a water supply via a Feed Water Adapter (K) to the "INPUT" port (H). Filtered water exits from the "FILTERED" port (I) via tubing (L) to the RO Faucet. Waste water exits from the "WASTE" port (J) and connects to a Drain Saddle (M) installed on a drain pipe. The unit is powered by a Power Adapter connected to a Power Socket (N) and the unit's "POWER" port (F), with the faucet receiving power via the "FAUCET" connector (G).
Component Labels:
- Front of Unit:
- A: Filter Life Indicators
- B: Display Screen (TDS Reading, Flushing Status, Malfunction Code)
- C: Activated Carbon Filter (CB)
- D: Pre-sediment and Carbon Block Filter (CF)
- E: Reverse Osmosis Membrane Filter (RO)
- Connections:
- K: Feed Water Adapter
- H: "INPUT" Water Port

3. Quick Installation
Before installation, please note:
- The RO system must be connected to the COLD water supply only.
- Do not install the system in exposure to direct sunlight or harmful chemicals, nor any place where it may be damaged.
Step 1: Install the Feed Water Adapter (K)
Turn off cold water supply valve. Connect the feed water adapter to your cold water supply pipe.
Diagram shows the adapter connecting to a cold water pipe with a washer.
Step 2: Install the RO Faucet
If your kitchen sink or countertop does not have an existing hole, you will have to drill one (1") referring to the Instruction Manual.
- Insert the faucet head into faucet body.
- Insert faucet stem and power cord into the hole on countertop.
- Under the sink, slip on other parts in the order as shown in the picture.
Diagram shows faucet assembly and installation through a countertop.
Step 3: Install the Drain Saddle (M)
Choose a spot on the vertical drain pipe as high as possible and drill a 1/4" hole. Use the "WASTE" water tubing as a guide to position the drain saddle by tightening screws and nuts evenly.
Diagram shows drain saddle installation on a drain pipe.
Step 4: Position the RO System Housing
An ample flat area is required to place the system housing. Position the front panel facing towards you for future indicator checking.
Step 5: Connect the Tubings
NOTE: Make sure each tubing is inserted firmly and fully until you reach the mark on the end of the tubing.
- Connect the "INPUT" water tubing from feed water adapter (K) to "INPUT" water port (H).
- Connect the "FILTERED" water tubing from RO faucet (L) to "FILTERED" water port (I).
- Connect the "WASTE" water tubing from drain saddle (M) to "WASTE" water port (J).
Diagrams illustrate each connection with lock clips.
Step 6: Connect Power Cord
Insert faucet power cord into "Faucet" connector (O-G). Connect Power Adapter to power port (F).
NOTE: Please do not connect power socket (N) now.
Diagram shows power connections.
Step 7: Install the Filters
Insert the filter into its corresponding hole. Rotate the filter clockwise 1/4 turn. You may hear a clicking sound when the filter is fitted into the place properly.
Diagram shows filter insertion and rotation.
Step 8: Start Up the System
Turn on cold water supply valve and feed water adapter, connect power adapter. Wait for 5 minutes, allowing the system to flush automatically. Turn on RO faucet, allow it to run 30 minutes until the display screen shows TDS reading.
4. Display Screen and Filter Life Reminder
The screen display and indicator lights will go off after 5 minutes when the system stops making water.
Section 1: Display Screen
TDS Display
The built-in TDS sensor detects the water quality when the system begins to work, the front panel screen and RO faucet screen show above.
Flushing Display
Every time the system flushes, the front panel screen and RO faucet screen show above.
Malfunction Display
When the system is in fault, the front panel screen and RO faucet screen show E02, E03, and E04. Please see the Instruction Manual for detailed solutions.
Section 2: Filter Life Reminder
There are filter life indicators on system housing and RO faucet that notify you to perform routine filter replacement by color change.
Indicator on System Housing:
Shows filter status: Good, Replace Soon, Replace Now.
Indicator on RO Faucet:
Shows filter status: Good, Replace Soon, Replace Now, Flushing, Malfunction.
Faucet Screen | Remaining Life (Day) | Remaining Capacity (G) | Status |
---|---|---|---|
White | >15 | >40 | Good |
Yellow | <15 | ≤40 | Replace Soon |
Red | ≤0 | ≤0 | Replace Now |
White Flash (on RO faucet) | / | / | Flushing |
Red Error (on RO faucet) | / | / | Malfunction |
NOTE: The indicators notify in accordance with usage time or processing capacity of the filters, whichever comes first.
