Wall Mounting Requirements
The included hardware is designed for vertical walls constructed of wood studs or solid concrete. A wood stud wall is defined as a minimum of 2x4 wooden studs (2" wide by 4" deep) with a maximum of 5/8" drywall.
The hardware is NOT designed for metal studs or cinderblock walls. Consult a qualified contractor if you are uncertain about your wall's construction.
For a safe installation, the wall must support 4 times the total weight of the mount and TV. Reinforce the wall if necessary.

Installation on Wood Stud
Step 1: Attach Mount Arms to TV
Use extra care during this step. If possible, avoid placing your display facedown, as it may damage the viewing surface.
This mount includes various bolt diameters and lengths. Not all hardware will be used. Consult your display manufacturer if the appropriate bolt size is not found.
Determine the correct bolt length:
- If the TV back is flat and mounting holes are flush, use shorter bolts (M-A/M-B).
- If the TV back is curved, has a protrusion, or mounting holes are recessed, use longer bolts (M-C/M-D/M-E) and possibly larger spacers (M-G/M-H).
Determine the correct bolt diameter: Carefully try one bolt of each size (M-A, M-B/M-C, or M-D/M-E). Do not force any bolt; if resistance is met, stop and try a smaller diameter bolt.
Attach the arms: Fix the mount arms to the back of your TV using the identified bolts and adapter (M-F). Use spacers (M-G or M-H) as needed with bolts M-C, M-D, or M-E.
Step 2: Mount Base to Wall
Use a stud finder to locate two wood studs. Mark both edges of each stud to identify the exact center. Use the center of the stud to avoid cracking or splitting the wood.
Place the base of the mount against the wall over the marked studs. Ensure the base is level and mark the locations for the four mounting screws.
Drill 4.5 mm (3/16") pilot holes in the wall, 2.2" deep.
Step 3: Secure Wall Plate
Place the wall plate against the wall over the pilot holes. Attach using four mounting screws (W-A) and washers (W-C). Do not overtighten these screws. Ensure the wall plate remains level after all screws are secured.
Installation on Concrete
Step 1: Mount Base to Wall
For safety, the concrete wall must be capable of supporting the combined weight of the mount and the display. The manufacturer is not responsible for failures caused by walls of insufficient strength.
Place the base of the mount against the wall where you want to install it. Ensure the base is level and mark the locations for the six mounting screws.
Step 2: Drill Holes and Insert Anchors
Drill six 10 mm (3/8") holes in the wall where you marked, 2.4" deep. Remove any excess dust from the holes.
Insert a concrete anchor (W-B) into each hole so that it is flush with the concrete surface. A hammer can be used to lightly tap the anchors into place if necessary.
Note: If the concrete wall is covered by plaster or drywall, the anchor must pass completely through the layer to rest flush with the concrete surface.
Step 3: Secure Wall Plate
Place the wall plate against the wall over the inserted anchors. Attach using six mounting screws (W-A) and washers (W-C). Do not overtighten these screws. Ensure the wall plate remains level after all screws are secured.
Step 4: Mount TV to Wall Plate
With the help of another person, carefully lift your TV with mounting arms attached and place it on the wall plate. Do not release the display until the mounting arms have securely hooked onto the wall plate.
Screw the bolts at the bottom of each mounting arm until they touch the wall plate. This prevents the display from being lifted from the wall plate. These mounting bolts should be used at all times to prevent the display from being accidentally knocked from the mount.
