Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights
Installation Steps:
Before installation, connect each string light and plug it into power to make sure every string light can work properly. Then disassemble the string lights.

When installing this light during winter, it is advisable to install it within the warmer midday period. Applying heat to the adhesive backing with a hot water bottle or a hair dryer will help improve its adhesiveness in cold conditions.

Prepare a stable ladder. Locate the power supply and the desired installation point for the first string light. Connect the first string light to the control box without connecting the power adapter, ensuring the control box cable is sufficiently long.
A thermometer indicates 50°F (10°C).

Clean the surface where you plan to install the string lights. It is recommended to vertically install the string lights 5-10 cm away from the wall surface. Make sure the surface is clean and dry.

Tear off the VHB tape and firmly press it against the surface for more than 5 seconds. Due to the length of the light string, press down on the previous light once more during installation.

To ensure the string lights are firmly fixed on the eaves, it is recommended to use clips to keep the string lights secure.

Connect two string lights via the waterproof connectors. Firmly screw the waterproof connector cap. Repeat steps 5, 6, and 7.

After connecting all string lights, firmly screw the waterproof connector cap of the last string light section.
