Base Unit Connections
The base unit has ports for the power adapter and the telephone line cord.

Initial Setup
- Connect the power adapter to the base unit and a wall outlet.
- Connect the telephone line cord to the base unit and the telephone wall jack.
- Insert the rechargeable batteries into the handset.
- Place the handset on the base unit to charge.
- Wait for the handset to fully charge before first use.
Basic Operation
Making and Receiving Calls
To make a call, lift the handset and dial the number. To answer a call, lift the handset when it rings.
Volume Control
Use the volume buttons on the handset to adjust the listening volume.
Directory
Store frequently used numbers in the phone's directory for easy access.
Caller ID
If subscribed to a Caller ID service, the caller's information will be displayed on the screen.
