This document provides assembly instructions, care and maintenance guidelines, warranty information, and safety precautions for the allen + roth outdoor swing.
Preparation
Before beginning assembly, ensure all parts are present by comparing them with the package contents and hardware lists. Do not assemble if any part is missing or damaged.

Care and Maintenance
- Before use, clean the product with a soft, dry towel.
- When not in use, wipe free of dirt or loose objects, wash with a mild soap and water solution, rinse, and dry completely.
- Do not use strong detergents or abrasive cleaners.
- Store the product in a cool, dry location away from sunlight.
Warranty
This warranty extends to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship for residential use. Frames are warranted for three (3) years. Cushions, straps, and wicker weaves are covered for three (3) years.

- Keep children out of the assembly area during assembly.
- Children under the age of 16 should not participate in assembly, removal, or disassembly.
- Children under the age of 10 should be supervised by a competent adult while using this furniture.
- This set is heavy and may require two adults for safe assembly.
- Never use this product as a support. Do not shake, lean, or climb on the product at any time.
CAUTION:
- Use and carry this item with care and apply touch-up paint (not included) when necessary.
- Do not overtighten any bolts, as this may damage threads.
- Repeated assembly can weaken the locking ability of washers.
- Periodically check all bolted connections to ensure they are tight and secure.
- Retain these instructions for future reference.
- Paint may peel if the product is hit or used improperly.

Assembly Steps
Important: Assemble on a soft surface, such as a carpet, to avoid scratching the product.
General Assembly Note: Hand tighten bolts initially. Do not fully tighten with wrenches until all bolts are installed and hand-tightened.
Step 1: Assemble Side Frames
Connect two Main Vertical Posts (D) with Side Frame Pieces (B) and Seat Support Pieces (A) using Connecting Pieces (F) and hardware CC and GG. Hand tighten.
Step 2: Attach Horizontal Supports
Attach Horizontal Frame Pieces (E) and additional Connecting Pieces (F) to the structure formed in Step 1, using hardware CC and GG. Hand tighten.
Step 3: Install Top Canopy Structure
Connect the Top Canopy Support (C) and other frame components using hardware BB and CC. Hand tighten.
Step 4: Add Canopy Rods
Install Canopy Support Rods (I) onto the frame structure using hardware GG. Hand tighten.
Step 5: Assemble Base
Connect the Base Feet (H) to the Base Crossbar (G) and Base Connectors (M) using hardware DD, AA, HH, and II. Hand tighten.
Step 6: Attach Hanging Arms
Attach the Hanging Arms (L) to the main frame structure using hardware EE. Tighten securely with wrench KK.
Step 7: Connect Frame to Base and Final Tightening
Carefully position the assembled main frame onto the base structure. Securely connect the frame to the base using the Hanging Mechanism/Chain (N) and any necessary frame connectors. Once all bolts are installed and hand-tightened, go back and firmly tighten all connections using wrenches JJ and KK.
Step 8: Install Seat and Canopy
Attach the Swing Seat Frame (J) to the hanging arms (L). Drape and secure the Canopy Fabric (Q) onto the canopy supports. Place Seat Cushions (O) onto the seat frame. Ensure all components are stable and secure.
