1. Product Overview
The G10 MIXER is a one-stop workstation for recording and mixing sound sources without complicated settings. It offers an all-in-one audio solution for live streaming, podcast creation, event production, voice-over, and other content creation needs.
The G10 is a multi-functional portable digital audio console featuring a comfortable slope control panel, two independent DSP high-speed processors, and a 4.5-inch high-definition dot-matrix LCD colorful display. This display provides a dynamic music spectrum, rich tunes, pitch adjustment, and real-time storage for an immersive live visual and control experience. It includes a speaker port, adjustable music pitch, dynamic microphone and musical instrument interfaces, and BT wireless accompaniment for outdoor live streaming. The G10 supports 48V microphone input and five microphone interfaces for different microphone inputs, along with 16 live streaming atmosphere sound effects and 11 independent stepping knobs for sound adjustment. It is compatible with PCs, smartphones, tablets, and other devices running Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
For podcast creation, live streaming, event production, voice-over, or other content creation, the G10 mixes your audio in real-time, allows voice modification, controls the volume of all audio sources, customizes and stores different voice modes, and accepts external audio input from your phone or PC, making content creation easy and engaging.
2. Product Interfaces
DC 5V Charging (USB-C port): Used for charging the mixer. NOTE: When the mixer has low power, it may produce noise. As the power decreases, the noise will increase. Please charge it as soon as possible.
OTG (USB-C port): Digital transmission port for PC/smartphone live streaming or recording, or for inputting music resources from PC/smartphone.
Live (3.5mm TRRS port): Outputs processed sound to smartphones, tablets, or other devices via a 3.5mm TRRS cable. Allows live streaming to multiple devices simultaneously. Primarily used for smartphone or tablet live streaming or recording. Can input the voice of other parties (followers, fans, streamers), but their volume depends on their output volume, not controllable by the mixer.
Music (3.5mm music resources input port): Connects external audio sources or devices via a 3.5mm audio cable for background music during live streaming or recording. Can connect to a smartphone headphone jack or PC earphone jack.
48V Mic (48V condenser microphone input port): 48V phantom power switch is to the right of this port. The 48V phantom power indicator is in the upper left corner.
LINE IN (6.35mm dynamic microphone input port): For dynamic microphones.
INST (3.5mm TRS input port): Connects 3.5mm musical instrument devices.
Speaker (3.5mm TRS output port): Connects audio playback devices like speakers or headphones.
Headset (3.5mm TRRS port): Connects headphones with a microphone function for vocal input via headset, allowing real-time monitoring of all sound sources simultaneously.
Mic (1, 2) (3.5mm TRS mic port): Connects condenser microphones that do not require external power (XLR to 3.5mm). Note: 48V microphones require external phantom power and an XLR-3.5mm microphone cable.
Monitor (Two 3.5mm monitoring ports and one USB-C digital monitoring port): Used for real-time monitoring of all sound resources of the mixer.
3. Panel Functions Introduction
1. Music volume dynamic response light
2. Music knob: Adjusts the input volume of music from BT, Music jack, or USB-C jack.
3. 16 instant trigger sound pads: For live streaming atmosphere creation.
4. Play/Pause button: Short press to play/pause accompaniment music (for BT music only).
5. Next/Previous Music button: Short press to switch to the next music; long press for 2 seconds to switch to the last music (for BT only).
6. Custom Mode Delete button: Deletes saved custom modes.
7. Custom Mode Storage button: Saves customized sound modes, up to 19 custom modes.
8. Voice Changer button: Cycles through voice changer modes: male, female, baby, uncle voice (currently 4 modes, more may be added).
9. MON button: Toggles microphone audio monitoring (from 48V Mic, LINE IN, Mic1~2, Headset).
10. Reverb Preset button: Cycles through reverb modes: original sound, KTV, Chatting, Streamer, MC (currently 5 modes, more may be added).
11. MUTE button: Mutes microphone channels; no microphone audio is input when active.
12. Monitor Output fader: Adjusts monitoring volume for Monitor ports and Headset port.
13. Main Output fader: Adjusts output volume for Live ports & USB-C OTG port.
14. One-Touch Tuning button: Applies preset microphone EQ parameters to enhance voice. Applicable to all sound modes.
15. POWER/LOOPBACK button: Long press to power on/off. Short press to toggle LOOPBACK function (for PC use only). LOOPBACK ON allows PC audio resources (music, video, games, web pages) to be heard by the audience or recorded. LOOPBACK OFF only allows microphone audio to be heard.
16. Custom Mode/Factory Reset button: Short press cycles through saved custom modes (up to 19 built-in modes). Long press resets the G10 mixer to original settings.
17. Reverb Width fader: Adjusts the sense of space for reverb effects.
18. Reverb Depth fader: Adjusts the time length of reverb effects.
19. Autotune Knob (for 12 electronic music tunes): Adjusts the intensity of the current autotune tunes.
20. Pitch Knob: Adjusts the pitch level of the voice.
21. Timbre Knob: Adjusts the timbre level of the voice.
22. Speaker Knob: Adjusts the output volume to speaker devices.
23. INST Knob: Adjusts the input volume of musical instruments (via INST jack).
24. #b Pitch Knob: Raises or lowers the pitch levels of accompaniment music.
25. Hi Knob: Adjusts the treble effect of microphone vocals.
26. Mid Knob: Adjusts the midrange effect of microphone vocals.
27. Low Knob: Adjusts the bass effect of microphone vocals.
28. Mic Knob: Adjusts the input volume of the microphone (from mic ports, Headset port).
29. Microphone volume dynamic response light
30. Autotune button: Short press cycles through 12 autotunes (A, Bb, B, C, Db, D, Eb, E, F, Gb, G, Ab). Adjust tune intensity with the Autotune knob. Long press for 2s to turn off autotune mode.
31. Ducking button: Toggles auto ducking for microphone audio input. When active, background music volume is automatically lowered when the streamer speaks and recovers when they stop. The Ducking button light blinks, and the Ducking icon is on. When inactive, the button light is always on, and the icon is always on.
32. Dry/Wet button: Default is Wet mode (Wet sound in monitor headphone and record Wet sound). In Dry mode, only mic input audio is recorded and exported (Wet sound in monitor earphone). Button light is always on in Wet mode, blinks in Dry mode.
33. Denoise button: Short press activates Denoise function (button light blinks, Denoise icon always on). Short press again switches noise reduction levels. Long press turns off Denoise function (button light always on, Denoise icon off).
34. BT button: Toggles BT function. BT waiting for pairing: button light and icon blink. BT connected: button light and icon always on. BT off: button light and icon off.
35. BGM button: Toggles BGM function. When active, removes 90% of vocals from accompaniment music. Button light blinks when on, always on when off.
36. 12-Step Autotunes indicator: Indicates the currently selected autotune.
For Voice Changer or Reverb Preset modes, to adjust the reverberation effect, turn the reverberation knob to max, then to min, turn off the effect, and then adjust as needed.
4. Connection Guide
4.1 Live streaming or recording on smartphone
Steps:
- Connect the live streaming mobile phone, accompaniment mobile phone, monitoring earphone, and microphone to the mixer as shown in the diagram.
- Download a live streaming app on your smartphone.
- Power on the mixer, set the voice FX and functions, and test the live streaming effect.
- Open the accompaniment music app on the accompaniment mobile phone and start live streaming.
WARM TIPS:
- Use the USB-C or Lightning to 3.5mm audio adapter from the phone manufacturer. USB-C to Lightning cables may not work with iPhones via the OTG port.
- The mixer supports live streaming with up to 3 smartphones, 4 microphones, and 1 headset input simultaneously. Not all ports need to be connected if not required.
- If there is background noise, turn on the denoise function or lower the microphone volume.
- Using while charging is not recommended.
4.2 Live streaming or recording on PC
Steps:
- Connect the accompaniment source, monitoring earphones, and microphone to the mixer as shown in the diagram.
- Connect the PC and the mixer using a USB-C cable. The PC usually recognizes the mixer automatically.
- In the PC's Sound settings panel, set the mixer "G10 MIXER" as the default input or output device for playback and recording.
- Configure input and output settings on live streaming platforms and accompaniment software to use the G10 MIXER.
5. BT Connection
- Turn on the BT function using the BT button; the BT button light will flash.
- Search for "G10 MIXER" in your smartphone's BT menu and connect.
- Once connected, the BT button light will remain on.
- Play accompaniment music from your phone's music player after setting up the mixer.
- Open the live streaming software on your smartphone or computer for live streaming.
WARM TIPS:
- BT connection is limited to approximately 10 meters. Avoid placing the mixer too far away or in areas with strong signal interference.
- BT feature is only for accompaniment music playback.
6. Custom Mode Settings
Customize your desired voice effects by adjusting microphone EQ, reverb, reverb mode, voice changer mode, etc. Use the "Custom Mode Storage" button to save the settings. Short press the "Custom Mode/Factory Reset" button to switch to saved voice modes without re-adjusting parameters.
Switching Saved Custom Sound Modes: Short press the Custom Mode button to cycle through saved custom modes. The display screen shows the serial number (01-19) of the selected mode.
Saving the Custom Sound Mode:
- Delete unwanted Custom Sound Modes using the Custom Mode Delete button.
- Adjust settings like Hi, Mid, Low, Timbre, Pitch, Autotune, Reverb modes, and Voice Changers.
- Short press the Custom Mode Storage button to save the Custom Sound Mode. The display will show the serial number (01-19) of the saved mode. Up to 19 modes can be saved.
7. Noise Treatment
- Noise reduction function: Use the built-in Denoise button to filter background noise.
- Low input and high output: Reduce microphone input volume and increase output volume (Main Output fader) to achieve a compression effect.
- Adjust microphone sensitivity: Lower the microphone pickup range and volume using the sensitivity adjustment knob to reduce background noise.
- Microphone placement: For condenser microphones, use in a quiet environment and place away from noise sources (fans, air conditioner vents, computer).
- Close to the microphone: Being closer to the microphone improves the signal-to-noise ratio and reduces ambient noise.
- Do not use while charging: Avoid current sound interference.
- Filter noise on live streaming software: Use noise suppression and noise gate features in software like OBS Studio.
- Acoustic treatment: Use sound-absorbing materials (foam, curtains, carpets, sofas) to reduce room reflections, reverb, and echo.
- Sound quality: The G10 audio console is designed for live streaming and its sound quality is not comparable to a professional mixer.
8. Charging
The mixer can be charged via Computer, Power Adapter, or Powerbank using the USB-C port.
NOTE: When the mixer has low power, it may produce noise. As the power decreases, the noise will increase. Please charge it as soon as possible.

Warm Tips: Voice settings are subjective. Use monitoring headphones to adjust EQ, reverb, pitch, and timbre. The mixer's sound mode storage function allows saving and recalling settings via the Custom Mode button.

11. Troubleshooting (FAQ)
- Q: The device does not work, or there is no sound suddenly.
Answer: The battery is dead; please connect to a USB cable to charge before use. - Q: There is a lot of noise during live streaming.
Answer:- Check if the headset is inserted correctly and plug it in again.
- Ensure the earphone is plugged into the corresponding identification position.
- Reduce microphone input volume and turn on the noise reduction function.
- Check if the battery is low and charge it.
- If using a PC for live streaming, try unplugging the computer's charging cable if laptop interference is suspected.
- Q: The microphone has no sound.
Answer:- Check the microphone cable insertion and orientation (logo facing you). Try a different microphone cable if necessary.
- The microphone sound may be turned off or set to minimum. Monitor and gradually increase the mic volume.
- Q: The live streaming sound is small or silent.
Answer:- Ensure the live cable is properly connected to the live streaming port.
- Try a different audio or USB cable to check for faults.
- Ensure the Main Output fader is turned up.
- Test if your phone can record; if so, try live streaming again.
- Q: The audience can't hear the music during live streaming.
Answer:- Check if the USB cable is plugged into the charging port; use the correct configuration cable.
- Ensure the Dry/Wet button is set to wet recording mode; dry mode only outputs microphone audio.
- Verify that the "LOOPBACK" function is enabled for PC live streaming or recording.
- Q: The sound is not normal.
Answer:- This device has various pitch-shifting effects; switch to the original sound mode.
- The earphone may be incorrectly inserted in the headset position; unplug and reinsert it.
- Q: Cannot be used with guitar.
Answer: Connect to the 3.5mm "INST" jack. For 6.35mm plugs, use a 6.35mm to 3.5mm adapter or connect to the LINE IN jack (guitar volume can only be adjusted by the Mic knob). - Q: Auto Ducking function not working.
Answer: The function does not work during voice calls but operates during podcasts or live streaming with music.
12. Warm Tips
- Do not charge the audio console during live streaming.
- Charge the audio console before first use.
- If not used for a long period, charge the console every 3 months.
- Charging is possible when the power is off.
- Do not charge for extended periods. Stop charging when the battery is full to prevent overcharging.
- BT connection is limited by distance; avoid placing the mixer too far away or in areas with strong signal interference.
- BT feature is only for accompaniment music playback.
- When using a computer or laptop for live streaming or accompaniment, enable the "Loop-back" function to allow viewers to hear your voice and PC audio.
- The mixer is an entertainment audio interface with mixer and sound card capabilities, designed for live streaming.
