4. Connection Guide

4.1 Live Streaming or Recording on Smartphone

1. Connect the live streaming smartphone, accompaniment smartphone, monitoring headphone, and microphone to the mixer as shown in the diagram.

2. Open the live streaming app on the smartphone.

3. Power on the mixer, set desired voice effects and functions, and test the live streaming effect.

4. Open the accompaniment music app on the accompaniment mobile phone and start live streaming.

WARM TIPS:

  • The mixer supports live streaming to up to 3 different smartphones, 4 microphones, and 1 headset input simultaneously. Not all ports need to be connected if not required.
  • Monitoring volume is separate from main output volume. The volume heard in monitoring headphones is only for monitoring, not for live broadcast or recording output. Test effects before live broadcast or recording.

4.2 Live Streaming or Recording on PC

1. Connect the accompaniment source, monitoring earphones, and microphone to the mixer as shown in the diagram.

2. Connect the PC and the mixer using a USB-C cable. The PC should generally recognize the mixer automatically.

7. Noise Treatment

Noise Reduction Function: Use the "Denoise" button to filter background noise if your room has significant ambient noise.

Low Input and High Output: Reduce the microphone input volume on the G10 audio console (to minimize noise) and then amplify the output volume using the "Main Output" fader. This provides a compression-like effect.

Adjust Microphone Sensitivity: If your microphone has a sensitivity adjustment knob, lower the pickup range and volume to reduce background noise.

Microphone Placement: Condenser microphones are sensitive and have a wide pickup range, potentially capturing background noise. Use in a quiet environment and place the microphone away from noise sources like fans, air conditioner vents, or desktop computer main units.

Close to the Microphone: In louder ambient noise conditions, position the microphone closer to the sound source to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and reduce recorded ambient noise.

Do Not Use While Charging: Avoid using the device while charging to prevent current sound interference.

Filter Noise on Live Streaming Software: Utilize noise suppression and noise gate features in software like OBS Studio.

Acoustic Treatment: Implement room treatments such as sound-absorbing foam, heavy curtains, thick carpets, sofas, or bookcases to reduce room reflections, reverb, and echo.

Sound Quality Note: The G10 audio console is designed for live streaming, online podcasting, and similar applications. Its sound quality is not intended to match professional studio mixers.

8. Charging

NOTE: Low power or imminent power depletion will cause increased noise. Charge the mixer as soon as possible.

Charging can be done using a computer, power adapter, or power bank via the USB-C port.
