Unifi Online Exclusive Campaign 2025: Terms and Conditions
These Specific Terms and Conditions for the Unifi Online Exclusive Campaign (“Campaign T&C") are to be read together with the Unifi Mobile Terms & Conditions and UNI5G Postpaid with Device Terms & Conditions, available at www.unifi.com.my. By participating, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and any decision by TM regarding the campaign shall be final and binding.
1. General
The Unifi Online Exclusive Campaign (“Campaign”) is brought to you by TM Technology Services Sdn Bhd (“TM”). The campaign is available to new and existing Unifi Home and Unifi Mobile customers. The campaign period is from 1 July until 31 July 2025, though TM may extend or end it at its discretion. The campaign is open to all customers aged 18 and above residing in Malaysia, excluding permanent/contract employees of TM and their immediate family members, as well as representatives and agents of TM and their immediate family members. For customers subscribing to a UNI5G postpaid plan with a device or device add-on, a minimum subscription period of twenty-four (24) months applies. Customers can subscribe to eligible add-ons via selfcare.unifi.com.my or the MyUnifi app.
The campaign is subject to TM infrastructure readiness, port availability, and device stock availability. Further inquiries can be directed to TM Live Chat at unifi.com.my/chat.
2. Campaign Offerings and Mechanics
The campaign offers vouchers as giveaways. Existing customers must log in to the Unifi Self Care portal or MyUnifi app to subscribe to eligible add-ons. New customers can log in to estore.unifi.com.my/eshop/ or the Unifi Mobile app to subscribe to eligible UNI5G Postpaid plans. Customers who add on or purchase specific postpaid plans or devices during the campaign period stand a chance to win vouchers.

Existing Unifi Customers requesting a change or upgrade are not eligible. Customers will be auto-enrolled to win vouchers after successful order completion and service activation. Selected customers will receive an email with a link to claim the voucher, requiring them to fill out an online form and answer a True/False question correctly. Failure to reply within 7 days may result in forfeiture. TM may revise campaign mechanics or prizes without notice. All eligible entries are mapped based on subscription and activation details. Fraudulent entries will lead to disqualification.
3. Campaign Prize
Campaign prizes are giveaways of RM20, RM40, RM60, and RM100 worth of vouchers, subject to stock availability. Vouchers will be delivered within 90 days after the campaign ends. TM reserves the right to substitute or replace prizes. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or credit. Prizes are provided on an "as-is" basis, and TM is not responsible for defects or defaults. The acceptance of prizes is at the winner's risk. Visuals of prizes are for illustration only. Customers should contact the voucher provider for redemption assistance.
4. Winner Selection
To be eligible for a voucher, customers must have an active Unifi Home or Unifi Mobile plan with no outstanding bills and fully adhere to the campaign terms. Each customer is entitled to one voucher. TM may change notification dates. Customers must check their email, including spam/junk folders, and add digital@unifi.com.my to their safe list. Unifi is not responsible if a voucher expires before discovery. If winners cannot be reached after three attempts, TM may select other winners.
TM will contact winners via email or MyUnifi app. Winners grant TM perpetual worldwide rights to use their name and photos for advertising and publicity without compensation. Customers subscribing on the last day of the campaign must complete activation and delivery within 15 days. Fraudulent entries will lead to disqualification and rescission of the win. TM is not responsible for losses due to fraud or breach of terms. All awarded vouchers are provided on an "as-is" basis and are non-transferable. TM makes no warranties regarding the vouchers. Any expenses to claim vouchers are at the winner's cost. All decisions made by TM regarding the campaign are final and binding.
5. Confidentiality
Customer data provided will be kept confidential. TM may share and use customer data within TM and/or its related companies for marketing purposes, subject to TM's Privacy Notice.
6. Prioritization of Documents
In case of inconsistency, the order of precedence is: This Campaign T&C; Unifi Mobile Terms and Conditions; UNI5G Postpaid with Device Terms and Conditions; General Campaign Terms and Conditions; and Terms of Use.
