Installation Guide

As the owner, it is incumbent upon you to meticulously assemble and secure WTA products, conducting a thorough examination of the mounting points and attachments before use, and routinely checking for any indications of wear or damage.
To ensure optimal safety, we strongly recommend enlisting the services of a qualified installer for the installation of any aftermarket accessories on your vehicle. If you lack mechanical expertise or are unfamiliar with the installation procedures, it is crucial to have the product installed by a certified professional or individuals with the requisite skills. Remember, the responsibility rests with you, and it must be approached with seriousness to safeguard the well-being of all individuals involved.

Initial Inspection: Please inspect the product to ensure there was no damage incurred during shipping. If there is damage to report, please contact the customer service department as soon as possible.
Tools Required: Gather all tools required for installation. A 13 mm wrench is needed.

Installation Steps
Step 01: Layout and Install Prep
1.1 L-Track Installation: L-Track Studs are included for installing bed rails to the L-Track of your Wall Panel Kit.
1.2 Bed Brackets: White Top Adventures Bed Brackets can be purchased from our web store. Use a rivet pin to install to your wall.
1.3 Layout: Lay out all parts and check the quantity.

Step 02: Height Selection
2.1 Select Bed Height: Select the desired height for the bed. The height range for rail installation is approximately 37" to 55.5".

Step 03: Rail-to-Van Install with L-Track
3.1 Mounting Slots: See mounting slots highlighted in Figure 1. These are designed to accommodate L-Track Studs for attaching Bed Rails to the L-Track.
3.2 Align and Secure Rails: Raise bed rails to the L-Track, align mounting slots to the desired location, and insert L-Track Studs into the corresponding L-Track Keyways (Figure 2). Secure the L-Track Stud with a wing.
3.3 Rear Trim: Tuck the rear end of the rail behind the Adwag Rear Corner Trim, if applicable. Secure the rail using L-Track Stud Nuts and a 13mm Wrench (Figure 3).

Step 04: Placing Bed Panels
4.1 Mount Panels: Once the bed rails are up and fully mounted, place the bed panels onto the rails and fasten them using the M8 Hand Screw.
Note: Periodically inspect the fasteners to ensure they remain tight.
