Dimming Operation
The HLG-480H series supports various dimming methods:
- 3-in-1 Dimming (for B/AB-Type): Output current can be adjusted using 0~10VDC, 10V PWM signal, or resistance. The dimming input is applied between DIM+ and DIM-. The dimming level is proportional to the input signal. A graph illustrates the relationship between dimming input (voltage or resistance) and output current.
- Smart Timer Dimming (for Dxx-Type): This feature allows for pre-programmed dimming profiles over time, supporting up to 14 consecutive hours. Note on Dimming:
- Minimum dimming level is approximately 6%. Output current is not defined when the input is below 6%.
- Output current can drop to 0% with dimming inputs of 0kΩ, 0Vdc, or 0% duty cycle PWM signal.
- Ensure DIM- is not connected to Vo-.
