How often should I clean and replace accessories for my HomeVac?

For the dust cup, clean it after each use; for filters, clean them once a week or twice if they are dirty. Replace filters every 6 months or after every 50 rounds of cleaning.

Note: Cleaning performance may be impacted if filters are not cleaned regularly to clear out debris.

How to charge my HomeVac at home?

You can charge your HomeVac with a wall charger at home; a 12V/3A charger for a quick charge is recommended (wall charger not included in the package).

What type of mat is this HomeVac best suited to clean?

Its cleaning performance is optimized when used on leather surfaces.

Tips on Using Cleaning Tools

Please refer to the following tips when using your cleaning tools:

Brush head

To vacuum dust and debris on a hard surface, simply attach the brush head to the retractable crevice tool.

Retractable crevice tool

Fully extend the tool to clean dust and debris in corners and small areas such as the center console, armrest storage, cup holders, glove compartment, and more. Please note that it is not recommended to extend carpets and mats.

Extension hose

It allows you to clean more areas around your car, such as the side door pockets and other hard-to-reach narrow space.
