Coolant - Safety Instructions
⚠️ WARNING: Fire hazard due to flammable refrigerant. This appliance uses natural refrigerant Isobutane (R600a), which is flammable. Handle with care during transport and installation to avoid damaging the refrigerant circuit.
If the refrigerant circuit is damaged:
- Avoid open flames and ignition sources.
- Disconnect from power immediately.
- Ventilate the site thoroughly.
- Contact a qualified specialist immediately.
Transport and Packaging
Transport the Appliance: Transport upright if possible. If horizontal transport is unavoidable, stand upright for several hours before use. Protect from weather during transport.
Castors: Use castors only for forward/backward movements. Lateral movements can damage floors and castors.
Unpacking: Remove appliance from packaging. Dispose of packaging materials according to local regulations. Check for transport damage. Do not operate if damaged.

Installation
Conditions for the Installation Location:
- Ensure adequate ventilation for heat dissipation.
- Maintain minimum distances: Rear: approx. 50-70 mm; Sides and above: at least 100 mm.
- Choose a location allowing the door to open fully.
Suitable Ambient Conditions: Operate within the specified climate class temperature range (see Technical Data). The location must be level, stable, and load-bearing. Adjust feet if necessary.
Unsuitable Locations: Near heat sources, high humidity areas, near flammable substances, rooms with poor air circulation, or exposed to weather.
Aligning the Appliance Stand: Compensate for minor floor unevenness using front feet. Check for levelness and adjust.
Electrical Connection:
⚠️ WARNING: Installation must comply with local laws. Improper connection can cause electric shock. Never modify the plug. If the socket is unsuitable, have it replaced by a qualified electrician. The socket must be accessible for emergencies.
Before Connecting: Check mains voltage matches the rating label. Use a properly installed earthed socket outlet.
If the plug is inaccessible, install a suitable disconnecting device.
Changing the Door Opening
The door opening can be reversed from right to left.
⚠️ WARNING: Appliance must be disconnected from mains power.
ℹ️ NOTE: Requires a second person, possibly tools (wrench, screwdrivers). Keep removed parts safe.
Steps: Remove hinge cover and hinge, lift door, tilt appliance, unscrew feet and hinge, mount new hinge and feet, re-attach door, transfer hinge, check alignment.
Startup / Operation
Intended Use: For commercial storage, presentation, and sale of chilled beverages. Not suitable for freezing products.
Prior to First Use:
⚠️ CAUTION: After transport, leave appliance upright for at least four hours before connecting to power to prevent cooling system malfunction.
Clean interior and accessories thoroughly before first use, following "Cleaning and Maintenance" instructions.
Starting the Appliance: Connect to power, set operating conditions, store products only after complete cooling.
Temperature Control:
- [OFF]: Appliance is switched off.
- Levels [1-7]: Control internal temperature.
- Level 1, 2, 3: Lowest level, warmest temperature.
- Level 4, 5: Medium level, optimal operating temperature.
- Level 6, 7: Highest level, coldest temperature.
⚠️ CAUTION: High settings may reach freezing point. High power levels increase energy consumption.
Recommended temperature: 4-7°C.
Interior Lighting: Switchable via on/off switch.
Equipment: Shelves and drawers are adjustable/removable for storage and cleaning. ℹ️ NOTE: For energy efficiency, keep shelves in original positions.
Removing/Inserting Shelves: Open door, lift shelf slightly, angle and pull out. Insert at desired height, angle, and push in.
Storage: Shelves are individually positionable for flexibility. Max load per shelf: 35 kg. Store large bottles horizontally, opening forward, to prevent rolling.
The evaporator fan ensures even temperature distribution. Do not block air inlets/outlets.
Operating Noise
Some noises are normal:
- Mumbling: Compressor operation.
- Liquid sounds: Refrigerant circulation.
- Click sounds: Temperature control switching compressor.
- Disturbing noises: Vibration of shelves or cooling coils.
Switching Off: Set temperature control to OFF. For longer periods, remove contents, disconnect power, defrost, clean, and leave door ajar for air circulation.
Tips for Energy Saving: Disconnect when not in use. Avoid heat sources. Ensure ventilation. Keep shelves in place. Set moderate temperature. Cool hot products first. Defrost regularly. Use lighting only when needed. Minimize door opening time. Ensure door seal is intact.
Cleaning and Maintenance
⚠️ WARNING: Switch off and disconnect power before cleaning. Never use steam cleaners. Ensure appliance is completely dry before use.
⚠️ CAUTION: Do not use abrasive cleaning tools. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents.
Cleaning the Appliance:
- Empty and clean interior, exterior, and accessories with lukewarm water and mild detergent.
- Clean drainage channel with a pipe cleaner or cotton bud.
- For stainless steel, use a special cleaner, wipe with the grain.
- Remove dust from the back and condenser annually.
Door Seal: Check regularly for dirt, damage, and air tightness (use paper test). Clean with clear water only. Grease/oil makes it porous.
Replacing the Seal: Remove contents, defrost if needed. Remove old gasket from groove, clean door and groove. Attach new rubber, heat if necessary, press into groove. Check regularly.
Defrosting: A light ice layer on the rear wall is normal. Defrost water flows to a collecting tray. Ensure drainage is not blocked. High power levels can cause more ice; reduce power and wipe dry.
Lighting
Equipped with maintenance-free LED lighting (Energy efficiency class G).

Replacing the Door Hinge: If the door stutters or jams, hinges may be worn. Replace all hinges at once. Follow steps similar to changing door opening.
