DoorBird Connect TEKKO Integration Guide
This document outlines the steps required to integrate a DoorBird IP Video Door Station with a TEKKO Display Controller. This integration allows users to receive door calls, view live video feeds of visitors, and communicate with them directly through the TEKKO Display Controller.

Scope of Integration
This guide details the process of integrating a DoorBird IP Video Door Station with a TEKKO Display Controller. This integration enables users to see and hear door calls on the Display Controller, and to view live video feeds and communicate with visitors.
The TEKKO Display Controller automates the entire login and setup process, allowing for convenient configuration without the need for a mobile phone. For questions regarding the operation and administration of the TEKKO system, please refer to the instruction documents or contact TEKKO customer service.
Firmware / Software
This guide was tested with the following firmware and software versions:
- DoorBird IP Video Door Station - D1101KH: Firmware: 000148
- TEKKO Display Controller - TC10: TEKKO Software: V8790-12, TEKKO Kernel: 5.4.127-R2
1. Setting up the TEKKO System

Confirm that your DoorBird is connected to the internet by visiting the following page and entering the information from your Digital Passport (MAC Address and Token): https://www.doorbird.com/checkonline.

Tap the 'Lock' icon ? in the top bar and log in as 'Konfigurator'.

After successfully logging in as 'Konfigurator', tap the icon with four squares in the top left corner.

Select 'Sprechstelle' (Intercom Station) from the list.

Tap 'Add' (+ Hinzufügen) and then assign a name for the category.

In the other bar, tap 'Add' (+ Hinzufügen) and assign a name for the DoorBird.

Then, tap the newly added entry in the list.

Tap the gear icon ⚙️, then tap 'IO-Konfiguration' (IO Configuration).

Select 'Klingeltaster' (Doorbell Button).

Select the DoorBird variant you own from the list (e.g., Doorbird D11x, Doorbird D21x).

Then, tap 'Inbetriebnahme' (Commissioning).

The following window will appear. Enter the MAC address of your DoorBird (found on the Digital Passport). Then enter your desired doorbell number and finally your App user and Admin usernames and their respective passwords. Select 'Initialize' (Initialisieren). If this does not work, please carefully check all entered data.
Doorbird Commissioning
- IP/MAC Address: Enter the IP address or MAC address of the Doorbird and select the network the Doorbird is located in.
- Address: 192.168.188.32
- TEKKO Network: SIP Number: 2100, Main Network
- Doorbell Number: Enter the desired doorbell number corresponding to the button on the intercom station.
- App User: Enter the username and password for the user account.
- Admin User: Enter the username and password for the administrator account.
- Initialization: Disconnect the Doorbird from the power supply, reconnect it, and initialize within 10 minutes.
Initialization successfully completed.

Navigate back to the main menu and select the 'Telefonie' (Telephony) option.

Click the gear icon ⚙️ followed by 'IO-Konfiguration' (IO Configuration).

Assign a meaningful name to the TEKKO Display Controller and a unique SIP username. Then tap 'Erweiterte Einstellungen' (Advanced Settings).

Click the gear icon ⚙️ followed by 'IO-Konfiguration' (IO Configuration).

Here you can configure the output volume and set which network the VoIP client should be connected to (if relevant).

Finally, verify if the commissioning was successful by pressing the doorbell button of the DoorBird. If the TEKKO Display Controller rings and you see the live video feed on the screen, you have set everything up correctly.
