Flat fitting FMFF 90°
Stable right-angled connection of FMP massive profiles to each other
The document presents the fischer Flat Fitting FMFF 90°, a component for creating stable, right-angled connections between FMP massive profiles. Visuals show the fitting itself and its application in U-rack construction.
Applications
- Element for stable right-angled connection of massive profiles with 2 flat connectors on each.
- For indoor and outdoor application.
Advantages
- The flat angle FMFF 90° is used in pairs and offers a high load capacity when connecting FMP mounting profiles for the construction of massive applications.
- The design of the 90° flat angle FMFF with slotted holes and grating to accommodate the toothed plate of the FMHB hammer head connector allows optimum adjustment of the construction and simplifies the assembly process.
Properties
- Material: steel S235JR (material no. 1.0038) acc. to DIN EN 10025-2
- Zinc plating: hot-dip galvanised acc. to DIN EN ISO 1461
Installation
The installation process for the FMFF fitting is depicted in stages. It shows the fitting being secured to profiles, with a specific torque indication of 75 Nm and a visual representation of the 90° angle achieved. [Installation diagram showing a 90° connection with a torque indicator of 75 Nm.]
