Getting Started
Attaching the STRIKEPACK F.P.S. Dominator
- Ensure your PS4 controller is off.
- Line up the USB ports, flip the securing arm out of the way, and slide the STRIKEPACK F.P.S. Dominator onto the back of the PS4 controller.
- Swing the arm to the front of the controller and gently secure the curved arm by pressing it against the front of the controller. It should lock into place in the speaker holes with a soft "click".
- Your STRIKEPACK F.P.S. Dominator is now ready to be paired to your console.

Pairing the STRIKEPACK F.P.S. Dominator with Your Console
NOTE: As a wired adapter, the STRIKEPACK must be paired each time the console is turned on or brought out of REST MODE. This process takes seconds.
- Ensure your STRIKEPACK device is attached to the controller but NOT plugged in.
- Turn on your PS4 console via your controller or the front power button.
- At the login screen, a message "DualShock 4 wireless controller connected. Who is using this controller?" will appear. Press your CROSS (X) button as usual.
- An icon of a controller with a battery symbol will appear on the top left of your screen, indicating a wireless controller is connected.
- Using the supplied 10FT cable, plug the standard USB cable end into a free USB port on the front of your console.
- Plug the micro USB end into the USB port on the STRIKEPACK.
- You will see the wired controller connected message and be asked "who is using this controller?" again. Select your user and press CROSS (X). A controller symbol will appear at the bottom left of your profile.
- A controller symbol will appear at the top left of your screen. This time, there will NOT be a battery symbol, indicating lag-free wired mode and that your STRIKEPACK is ready.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For PS4 console settings, under Power Save Settings > Set Features Available in Rest Mode, it is recommended to set "Supply Power to USB Ports" to Off. If set to On, under Devices > Controllers, set "Communication Method" to "Use USB Cable" to avoid issues leaving REST MODE.
If the device or controller stops working, unplug the STRIKEPACK cable, wait 5 seconds, and plug it back in. This should reset the pairing and resolve issues.

Audio and Headset Usage
For 3.5mm Headsets, set your headset volume control on the PS4 console to the MAXIMUM preferred volume. The STRIKEPACK can control the audio of any connected 3.5mm headset up to this volume.
Begin HOLDING the RIGHT MAPPING BUTTON:
- To increase volume: TAP the RIGHT PADDLE.
- To decrease volume: TAP the LEFT PADDLE.
- To mute/unmute the mic: PRESS the LEFT MAPPING BUTTON.
Once finished, RELEASE the RIGHT MAPPING BUTTON.
IMPORTANT NOTE: 3.5mm headset audio is compatible with newer controller models (CUH-ZCT2 and later). Original model CUH-ZCT1 controllers are UNSUPPORTED for 3.5mm headset audio; a USB headset or adapter is required. This is a controller limitation, not the STRIKEPACK's.

Adjusting Button Layouts – Secondary Menu
NOTE: For all MODs to work, the button layout chosen in the game MUST match the layout chosen on the STRIKEPACK. Do NOT choose a "Flipped" layout in the game; flipping bumpers/triggers must be done via the STRIKEPACK device only. A flipped game layout will render many MODs useless.
Selecting the Game for the Button Layouts
Secondary Menu Mode simplifies selecting button layouts. To select a layout:
- ENTER the SECONDARY MENU by HOLDING RIGHT D-PAD for 5 seconds until the PS4 LIGHTBAR turns WHITE.
- Continue holding the RIGHT D-PAD while selecting options.
- A GREEN PS4 LIGHTBAR indicates correct entry into Secondary Menu Mode, with Bumpers and Triggers "Flipped".
Quick Check: To check current Game and Button layout, press SQUARE (PS4 LIGHTBAR flashes PURPLE) or CIRCLE (PS4 LIGHTBAR flashes ORANGE).
NOTE: Layouts are SAVED and remembered even after disconnecting the STRIKEPACK.
Choosing the Game & Layout
First, select the GAME you are playing. Five GAME selections are available:
- COD: WWII / COD: Infinite Warfare (Default, 1 Purple Flash)
- COD: Black Ops III (2 Purple Flashes)

- Fortnite (5 Purple Flashes)
The default layout can work for generic shooters.
To choose the appropriate game, enter Secondary Menu Mode (HOLD RIGHT D-PAD for 5 seconds until LIGHTBAR is WHITE). If LIGHTBAR is GREEN, Bumpers/Triggers are "Flipped".
To increase the game number, press the right trigger (R2); LIGHTBAR flashes PURPLE. To decrease, press the left trigger (L2); LIGHTBAR flashes PURPLE.
Once the game is chosen, select the button layout. The chosen layout MUST match the game's settings for MODs to work.
To choose a layout: press OPTIONS (while in Secondary Menu mode) to increase layout number (LIGHTBAR flashes ORANGE). Press SHARE to decrease layout number (LIGHTBAR flashes ORANGE). The PS4 LIGHTBAR flashes RED for the DEFAULT selection.
REMEMBER THE BUTTON LAYOUT IS SAVED EVEN AFTER YOU DISCONNECT THE STRIKEPACK DEVICE.
