! Notice

  • Do not use oily water or sharp objects to stain or damage the display screen.
  • Fragile parts are used in the equipment; please avoid operations such as falling, crashing, bending, or heavily pressing.
  • The normal working environment for the display screen and key parts of this equipment is indoors. Beyond the specified temperature range, the equipment will be less effective with reduced functionality and performance.
  • Operating temperature: -10℃ ~ 50℃ (14°F ~ 122°F). Operating humidity: 20-90%.
  • Please gently wipe the screen and panel with a soft cloth. Avoid scrubbing with water or detergent.
  • The Face Deep terminal recommended power is DC 12V ~ 2A. When arranging wires, if the 12V power supply cable is long, resulting in large resistance, insufficient voltage (≤11V) may cause the device to restart repeatedly, leading to system crashes.
  • When the ambient light changes to dark, the Face Deep 3 has a built-in filling light.

Installation

Sunlight and hard light can cause significant differences between the site image and the registered image. Backlight, side-light, and strong light will influence the recognition experience. Analysis suggests that changes in facial skin color under these conditions may lead to incorrect identity recognition, and unclear exposure areas can affect identity judgment.

Recommendation: The device should be installed in locations that avoid backlight, side-light, and strong light.

Recommended Installation Placement: Keep approximately 3 meters away from windows or areas directly influenced by sunlight.

Unsuitable Conditions: Backlight, side-light, or direct strong light are not suitable for installation.

Other Areas: Install in suitable places considering the actual light impact.

Light Scenarios:

  • Sunlight Shines Indoor: Illustrates light falling on a wall and door.
  • Sunlight Shines Through the Door, with Glass Window at One Side: Shows light passing through a door and glass window, affecting a wall/shields.
  • Sunlight Shines Through the Door: Depicts light entering through a door onto a wall/shields.

Height and Placement Recommendations

For more accurate temperature readings, hover your hand as close to the device as possible.

Installation Position Guidelines:

  • Recommended Height: The distance between the lens and the ground should be approximately 1.5m (59.06″).
  • Face Recognition Range: At a 1m distance, the recognizable body height range is 1.4-1.8m (55.12-70.87″). At a 1.5m distance, the range is 1m-2.2m (39.37-86.61″). (Note: Some deviations may occur).
  • Temperature Detection Range: 30mm (1.18″).

Installation Steps:

  1. Keep the mounting bracket parallel with the ground at a 1.2m distance from the ground. Drill 4 screw holes on the wall according to the mounting bracket template. Ensure an outlet hole of 50mm (1.97″) diameter is drilled for device wiring.
  2. Punch out the tail lines from the outlet hole before installing the mounting bracket. Use the provided screws to fix the mounting bracket onto the wall. Tighten the screws following the indicated direction to complete the installation.

Access Control Power Supply

The FCARD MICROPOWER power supply controller (Model: FC-901/903) has an input of AC220/230W 50HZ and an output of DC12V, 3Amps+.

Wiring Diagram: A diagram illustrates the connection of a Door Sensor, Magnetic Lock, and Exit Button to the SC011 controller and the power supply. The SC011 controller has terminals for COM, GND, DM, 485B, 485A, GND, WIO, WI1, and 12V. The power supply has terminals for +12, GND, PUSH, NO, GND, NC.

Wiring Connection Note: SC011 and the FaceDeep 3 device are authorized by Anviz Wiegand to form a distributed access control system. For more information, please contact sales@anviz.com.
