The package includes: Terminal, Quick Guide, and Accessories.
2. Recommended Installation Environment
Before Installation:
- Operating Temperature: 0°C to 45°C
- Operating Humidity: 20-80%
- Direct sunlight can significantly impact facial recognition performance.
- Installation recommendations:
- Do not mount the product in direct sunlight, humid, or dusty areas.
- Ensure waterproof protection if installing outdoors.
3. Installation Procedure: Installation Position
- Recommended face recognition distance: 30-80cm (11.81-31.50 inches). Best adaptive angles are ±20° horizontally and vertically.
- Recommended installation height: 1.1m (43.31 inches). The device can recognize enrolled faces from 1.3m (51.18 inches) to 2.2m (86.61 inches). Position according to actual usage needs.
4. Installation
Sunlight and hard light can cause significant differences between the captured image and the registered image. Backlight, side-light, and strong light can influence recognition. This is due to changes in facial skin tone and potential unclear exposure areas, which may lead to incorrect identity judgment.
Recommended Installation Locations: Avoid backlight, side-light, strong light, and direct sunlight. Keep approximately 3 meters away from windows or areas influenced by sunlight.

Installation Steps:
- Place the backplate at the appropriate position and fix screws into the wall according to the mounting holes.
- Fix the backplate and connect cables.
- Mount the device onto the backplate.
