Sensor Check Explanations (Vysvetlivky na kontrolu senzorov)

  • If a sensor error exists between the MCU and the sensor, an error will be displayed.
  • Error codes: "ERR1" (Pedometer IC and MCU), "ERR2" (Compass IC and MCU), "ERR3" (Temperature sensor and MCU).
  • The above errors are displayed for 2 seconds and will not reappear upon re-entering time setting mode.
  • If everything is normal, no error will be displayed, and the system will proceed directly to time measurement mode.

General Explanations (Univerzálne vysvetlivky)

  1. Altitude Measurement: Measures altitude every 15 minutes. If the trend graph in altitude mode shows a change of less than 8 meters, it will follow sea level changes, not actual altitude. In this case, it determines pressure based on the previous 15 minutes. If the change is more than 8 meters, the system detects ascent, and the pressure remains the same.
  2. Measurement Intervals: For the first 5 minutes after entering altitude or pressure measurement mode, or exiting setting mode, it measures every 2 seconds. After 5 minutes, it measures every 2 minutes. Other modes last for 15 minutes.
  3. Magnetic Declination Setting: If set to "+", the actual declination including adjustment is displayed. If set to "-", only the actual declination without adjustment is displayed.
  4. Weather Forecast: Updated hourly (predicts weather based on air pressure distribution over the previous 4 hours). If air pressure gradually increases, the weather is expected to improve. If air pressure gradually decreases, the weather is expected to worsen.

There are 4 types of weather conditions (from good to bad): Sunny, Cloudy, Overcast, Rainy.

Measurement Parameters (Meranie veličín)

a) Pressure Detection: Every 59 minutes 59 seconds.

b) Pressure Calculation: Pressure from the previous hour minus the current hour, total 4 values. If the absolute value is greater than 2.5 mbar, it is disregarded. Use valid values for averaging. Weather is determined by the average value.

  • Sunny: 0.8~2.5 (mbar/h)
  • Cloudy: 0.5~0.8 (mbar/h)
  • No change: -0.5~0.5 (mbar/h)
  • Overcast: -1.0~-0.5 (mbar/h)
  • Rainy: -25,~-1.0 (mbar/h)

Notes:

Temperature measurement is affected by direct sunlight and humidity. To ensure accurate temperature readings, remove the watch from your wrist and place it in a location not directly exposed to sun or ventilation. Dry the watch case. Drying the watch case so it reaches ambient temperature takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
