Product Description and Material Breakdown
The Molift Transfer Pro is a powered patient lift designed for safe and efficient transfers. This document outlines the materials used in its construction and provides guidance for their proper recycling.
The product diagram illustrates the following components and their primary materials:
- Plastic: Components such as main body panels, arm elements, and structural parts are made of recyclable plastic. ♻️
- PUR/Wood/Steel: The sling bar/hanger bar and potentially internal frame components or padding are composed of PUR, wood, and steel. ♻️
- Mixed Materials: The chassis/base frame and wheel assembly are constructed from mixed materials. ♻️
- Aluminium: Specific structural components, possibly within the base or arms, are made of aluminium. ♻️
Recycling Guidelines
Wheels: Made of recyclable plastics (e.g., polypropylene and rubber). They can be removed from the main plate and recycled separately. Bearings should be recycled as mixed metals.
Screws and Steel Parts: Components used inside the base and side frames should be recycled with mixed materials.
PUR Inlays: Remove PUR from inlays and recycle PUR and inlays – Wood/Steel – separately.
