Function Overview

The following diagram illustrates the function overview of the 1HORA AUT250 headphones:

1. “EQ”: EQ mode switch (single click) / Voice assistant (long press 2s)

2. “+”: Next track (long press) / Volume Up (single click)

3. “-”: Previous track (long press) / Volume Down (single click)

4. “▲”: Power on/off (long press) / Play pause (single click)

Operation Instructions

Power On/Off

Long press the power button for 2 seconds; the red and blue lights will flash alternately, and then power on. The headphone will enter pairing mode or reconnect to the last paired Bluetooth device. Long press the power button for 3 seconds; the red light will stay on for 1 second, then power off.

Pairing

Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds; the red and blue lights flash alternately, and the device enters pairing mode. Turn on the Bluetooth function of your phone (computer, iPad, etc.) and search for the Bluetooth device name: 1HORA-AUT250. Click the device name to connect. After the connection is successful, the blue light flashes once every 6 seconds.

Volume/Songs

Volume up: Single press “+”

Volume down: Single press “-”

Next track: Long press “+” for 1 second

Previous track: Long press “-” for 1 second

Play/Pause

Single press the play/pause key to control music playback or pause.

Making Phone Calls

Answer the call: When receiving a call, single click the power button.

End the call: During a call, single click the power button to end the call.

Cancel the call: While dialing, single click the power button to cancel the call.

Reject the call: When receiving a call, long press the power button for 2 seconds to reject the call.

Redial the last number: Double click the power button to redial the last number from the call log.

Clear Pairing Records

Simultaneously long press the “+” button and “-” button for 3 seconds. After the red and blue lights flash alternately, the headphone pairing records will be cleared.

Voice Assistant

Long press the EQ button for 2 seconds to activate Siri or Google Assistant.

EQ Mode Switching

Single click the EQ button to switch between three EQ modes: bass mode, vocal mode, pop mode.

Light Indications

Line-in Mode

After plugging the audio cable into the headphone's 3.5mm audio jack, you can directly connect a playback device to listen to music. At this time, the headphones are in Line-in mode.

Note: When inserting the audio cable while the headphones are powered on, the headphone will automatically power off. In order to power it on, please remove the audio cable from the audio jack.

1. Headphone can't be turned on
   (1) Please ensure the headphone has been charged.
   (2) Disconnect the audio cable from the audio source, and then try to press the power button again.
2. Bluetooth Pairing Failed
   Ensure the headphone is powered on and in pairing mode, maintain a pairing distance of 1 meter, and try pairing again.
3. Auto Reconnection
   Automatically reconnect to the last paired mobile phone after powering on.
4. Sound interruptions/No sound
   (1) Check if the headphone is turned on.
   (2) Check if the device volume has been set to minimum or muted.
   (3) Check if the connection distance exceeds the effective range or if there are obstacles between the device and the headphones.
5. Charging Methods
   Use a direct current output of 5V/1A charger, car charger, or power bank for charging.

Warning

• Do not disassemble or modify the headphones, as it may cause malfunctions or permanent damage to the headphones.
• Do not place the headphones in environments with extreme temperatures.
• Do not expose the headphones to moisture or submerge them in liquid.
• Avoid excessive dropping, impacts, piercing, or any actions that may affect the functionality of the headphones.
• This product contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Do not dismantle, crush, or dispose of in fire.

Warranty Statement

1HORA provides a 12-month warranty service for this product, but the following situations are not covered by the warranty:

1. Warranty period has expired.
2. Warranty card has been altered and does not match the product code and body.
3. Malfunction or damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper transportation, use, maintenance or storage.
4. Malfunction or damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, wars, fires, etc.) or accidents.
5. Damage to zippers or buckles due to excessive force.
6. Stitching or tearing caused by overloading.
7. Damage caused by any sharp object.
8. Products with signs of burning or water immersion.
9. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification.
10. Aging, discoloration, wear and tear, cracking, and other wear and tear that occur during normal use of the product.
11. If the original identification label of the product is changed or damaged, this warranty will be void.
