Setting the Current Time

1. Move the selector to the TM SET position.

3. After setting the current time, move the selector back to the NORMAL position.

Using the Sound Alarm

The watch is equipped with a sound alarm that includes a SNOOZE function. This allows for a brief period of extra sleep when the alarm first sounds, without permanently disabling it.

Setting the Alarm Time

1. Move the selector to the AL SET position.
2. Press the H button to adjust the hour and the M button to adjust the minutes. Holding either button down will advance the digits at a faster rate.
3. Once the desired alarm time is set, move the selector to the NORMAL position.

Turning the Sound Alarm On/Off

• To enable the sound alarm, move the selector to the SNZ or ON position.
• To disable the sound alarm, move the selector to the OFF position.

Viewing the Set Alarm Time

1. Ensure the selector is in the NORMAL position.
2. Press the M or H button to display the currently set alarm time.

Testing the Sound Alarm

1. Move the selector to the SNZ or ON position.
2. Move the selector to the NORMAL position.
3. Press both the M and H buttons simultaneously to test the sound alarm.

Backlight

Press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button to activate the display backlight for approximately 2 seconds.

Note: The electro-luminescent element used for the backlight may dim with extensive use. Frequent activation of the backlight can shorten battery life. A faint buzzing sound during backlight operation is normal and does not indicate a malfunction.

Battery Replacement

Batteries should be replaced when the digits on the display become dim.

1. Gently press the battery compartment cover and pull it in the direction indicated by the arrow.
2. Remove the old batteries.
3. Insert new batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -).
4. Replace the battery cover.
