Use

Supply and extract ventilation systems installed in various premises. Designed for arranging energy-saving and controllable ventilation systems. Compatible with 300x150 up to 1000x500 mm rectangular air ducts.

Design

Atmospheric resistant galvanized steel casing.
Casing is heat- and sound-insulated with mineral wool.
Rated for continuous operation when connected to power mains.
Fitted with standard 20 mm connecting flanges for connection to rectangular air ducts.
Includes an access cover on the casing for inspection and maintenance operations.

Motor

High-efficiency direct current EC motor with external rotor and backward-curved blades.
EC technology offers energy savings of up to 35% compared to asynchronous motors.
Provides a fully controllable speed range with integrated overheating protection and automatic restart.
Features a maintenance-free design with no friction or wearing parts like capacitors or brushes.
Impeller is dynamically balanced.
Compatible with 50 Hz and 60 Hz power mains; maximum speed is independent of power mains frequency.

Speed Control

Fan speed is controlled via a 0-10 V control signal from sources such as:

Integrated or external speed controller
Controller with sensors
Central Building Management System (BMS)

The control signal value adjusts based on air temperature, pressure, smoke concentration, and other parameters, allowing the fan to deliver the required air volume. BMS integration enables network control and precise individual operation for multiple EC motors.

Mounting

Designed for mounting inside rectangular air ducts; can be installed in any position.
Fan flanges connect to air ducts via bolts inserted into flange holes.
Suitable for mounting into round ducts using a round flange reducer (available separately).
For connections via flexible anti-vibration connectors, and for sizes 600x300 and above, the fan must be secured to a mounting surface using supports, hanger brackets, or brackets.
Ensure sufficient space is left around the fan for accessing the service cover during installation.
