For satisfactory use, your processor requires adequate cooling. Therefore, before purchasing a new cooler, we recommend checking all its specifications to ensure perfect compatibility with your processor and your expectations.

Safety Precautions

• Do not store the system in an environment with high temperature or humidity.
• Do not disconnect the power cable while the system is in use.
• Do not attempt to service the system mechanically or electronically. Refer to authorized service.

Installation

Before starting the installation, ensure the system is turned off and disconnected from the power source.

1. For INTEL platforms:

Choose the socket type on the cooler's support bracket.

Mounting clips:

Fix the cooler base to the motherboard:

Mount the cooler onto the base:

Mount the fan if applicable:

Connect the power connector to the motherboard:

2. For AMD platforms:

Choose the motherboard socket and attach the brackets:

• AMD AM2+, AM3, AM3+, FM1, FM2

Position the bracket and then tighten the screw.

Mount the fan if applicable:

Connect the power connector to the motherboard:

Use the appropriate brackets; they differ depending on the model.

Installation Summary

Step 1: Apply thermal grease to the CPU.

Step 2: Mount the cooler onto the CPU.

Step 3: Secure the cooler using the provided mounting hardware.

Step 4: Connect the fan to the motherboard.
